Good location
The indoor environment is terrible; the doors, windows, and locks are broken. The old doors and windows make the room very hot, and the air conditioner is very noisy. It's difficult to fall asleep at night. I'm not getting enough rest. The broken door locks make me feel very unsafe.

La puerta de la habitación era supremamente difícil de cerrar y abrir, arruinó un poco la experiencia
El hotel está en una playa alejada del centro, lo que garantizó tranquilidad. Destaco también la amabilidad del personal. Pudimos presenciar 2 eventos, un cumpleaños y una propuesta de matrimonio en la playa y organizada por el personal del hotel. Muy lindo y con mucha dedicación.
En la zona de la playa del hotel no estaba limpia, había mucho sargazo y basura. Es un poco comprensible por el oleaje que tuvieron días anteriores. Pero creo que podrían haber dedicado un poco más de esfuerzo para retirarla.
Me pareció maravillosa la vista del hotel y el acceso a playa privada, el personal muy dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel es muy lindo y tiene un potencial increíble por su ubicación y arquitectura. En general fue una experiencia maravillosa y volvería a este mismo hotel.
El mantenimiento es muy escaso, las habitaciones tienen muchas fallas, tanto en electricidad, como en las puertas. Una no cerraba la chapa y eran muy difíciles de abrir o cerrar. Si bien se comprende que estar frente al mar implica un desgaste significativo de las superficies, hay ciertas cosas que le dan un aspecto de estar un poco abandonado. En la publicidad indican que es un hotel de lujo, con room service, servicio 24 horas, etc. No existe tal; No hay restaurante, ni bar permanente, el menú del restaurante es un poco escaso y tienen unos horarios inflexibles que implica buscar opciones fuera.

The beach area is perfect! It’s literally a walkout onto the beach
The facilities are in bad shape. We were swapped into another room; however, between the two rooms:
Rooms:
TV inoperable, toilet inoperable, no toilet paper, no daily service of room, no shower head, no hot water (expected), water went out one evening, beds are a bit tough, pillows (only 2 provided) are extremely thin and uncomfortable. Locks on the doors are questionable at best.
Food:
Absolutely terrible! Do not eat there! We watched the roaches walking across the counters into the cabinets during dinner the first night.
There is a great restaurant a block or two down on the left from the hotel that serves good food.
The restaurant across the street has other things but stick to the burgers or you’ll regret it.
Bar:
Drinks from the bar 🤦🏻♂️ just go next door to the beach bar or buy from the store across the street.

La vista
El aire acondicionado no funciono durante la primera noche q estube y solicite en varias ocaciones hasta el siguiente dia la repararon
La cercanía a la playa , restaurante y piscina
Falta mantenimiento , personal con poca buena atención algunos
Me gusto la vista al mar y la playa estaba bien cuidada. El restaurante presta un buen servicio. Y el personal muy atento.
Mejorar el mobiliario de las habitaciones
La comida del pasadia genial la atención del señor Justin genial, muy atento con todo la señora Elne su atención espectacular muy atenta a todo
Empezando por la recepción kicha pésima atención al cliente todo era un no más sin embargo la otra dos Recepcionista joseti y kati , sebastian gestionando a la brevedad corren con todo los ves atendiendo en recepción hacen las áreas habitación, incluso me llamo la atención joseti estaba en habitación limpiando y al rato en recepción dándome las tallas como un hotel tan distinguido explota a sus trabajadores.
Viendo esto no quise quedarme en el hotel
