Pros:

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help! The views and general aesthetics of the hotel were beautiful. It was great too that there was fresh drinking water available within the hotel. The pool area was very well maintained and the rooms were clean and tidy.

Cons:

The restaurant was very overpriced and the food was average at best.

Lage und Suite sehr schön

Cons:

Mangelnde Hygiene. Die Zutaten für Cocktails wurden an der Bar alle mit ungeschützten Händen angefasst. Die Früchte wurden im gleichen Spülbecken gesäubert wo Gläser gespült. Mangelnder Service am Pool. Bei der Bestellung beim Abendessen gab es erst den bestellten Wein nicht mehr dann den bestellten Fisch, ausgeganen, wurde dann nach 30 Minuten doch noch serviert.
Liessen wir dann zurückgehen.
Klimaanlage tropft im Zimmer.
Freier Shuttle in die Stadt war auf 8.30. Kam mit übet 1 Stunde Verpätung
Türschlüssel haben nicht funktioniert. Mussten neu gemacht werden
Alles in allem eine absolute Enttaäuschung für €800 die Nacht ohne Frühstück.
Wir werden das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Es muss auch dringend renoviert werden.

Elég rossz az ár/érték arány, és a tapasztaltak alaján a 4* sem állja meg a helyét.
Pros:

Reggelit nem kértünk, így nem tudjuk milyen volt. Szép öbölben helyezkedik el a resort annak ellenére, hogy a homok fekete. A park, benne a növényzet nagyon buja és szép.

Cons:

Maga a resort az épületeivel, szobáival egy már jóval korábban megindult lepukkannás jeleit mutatja. Látszik, hogy nem egy modern és dizájnos építmény. Mi tengerre néző szobát foglaltunk, de szó sem volt róla, hogy az 5. emeleten lesz. Ha ilyen opciót láttam volna a Bookingon, biztos, hogy nem foglaltam volna. Ráadásul az 5. emeleti ( szerintünk a többi is) szoba eleve kétszintes volt. Alul a nappali, fölötte a háló és a fürdő. A lift nem működött, amíg ott tartózkodtunk, kellett bőven lépcsőzni. Az étteremben sok vendég volt kevés felszolgálóval, ezért bizony sokat kellett várni az ételre, italra.

The 2-story room was fantastic for a family of 4. The balconies were amazing with the views of the ocean. The staff is very friendly and service oriented.

Cons:

The food choices did not change day to day. We were here for 5 days and limited to the same menu. Also the cost of the meals were so incredibly expensive which I’m sure is the fact that much of it is imported.

Le calme, le confort et la vue sur le sable noir et Moorea - incroyable ! Sans parler de la nourriture, superbe !

Y a un shuttle aussi qui part à 8:30 en ville, et vient vous récupérer gratuitement (je crois à midi et le soir). Super!!

Les petits cadeaux étaient chouette aussi 😍

Facility and location is great, but they cheated us out of $500.
Cons:

We were charged for two nights when we only stayed one night. We spoke to the managers, to the staff and sent multiple messages to the reservations department through Booking.com and no one responded to us. We ended up spending over $1000 for a room that was only $500 for one night.

L accueil aux heures tardives , exceptionnel. Merci à Pierre pour son sourire et le cocktail d accueil. Pour toutes les explications concernant notre séjours. En chambre parfait aux premiers abords. Juste une partie vraiment navrante 🫣
Un bel accueil au brunch , le repas en musique avec vue sur la mer , c'est la note positive à ce cours séjours.

Cons:

Dans les détails, j'ai été décue , par le contenu des draps. En les ouvrant , des miettes ou poussières et un corps étranger qui n a pas sa place . J'ai fait le ménage des draps et coussins à une heure tardive...et constat , je suis déçue car le prix de la chambre ne reflète pas du tout la publicité faite sur booking. Dans cet état d'esprit d'énervement , le jacuzzi a trôné sans qu'on l'utilise. La fête des pères n'a pas eu l'effet esconter. Dommage pour la surprise.😩😠 je vous passe les autres détails pour cette chambre particulièrement. Voir les photos .Elle parlent d'elles mêmes.
