Bonic allotjament amb pobre atenció al client i problemes de seguretat online

Les instal·lacions, les vistes, la ubicació i el fet de poder anar amb la nostra mascota

Cons:

Les fotos dels apartaments són merament il·lustratives. Encara que demanis expressament un apartament dels que apareixen a les fotos amb mesos d'antelació fan cas omís i et donen evasives amb excuses per justificar-se.

El tracte al client és força millorable. No són especialment amables

També en un inici vaig rebre un correu per part seva perquè fes el pagament per una plataforma externa a Booking.

I per rematar, la meva informació personal ha sigut robada i utilitzada en dues ocasions per uns estafadors que tenien les dades de la meva reserva per fer-me caure en una trampa via WhatsApp que vaig detectar.

L'allotjament va tirar pilotes fora i va comunicar que això era cosa de Booking. Tema especialment preocupant, tenint en compte la gravetat.

Excel·lent per anar-hi amb mascotes i un cap de setmana per desconnectar
Pros:

L'amabilitat de les persones professionals que hi treballen. Vam anar amb la meva parella i el nostre gosset i es van portar de 10, donant-nos un detallet pel nostre gos només entrar. L'apartament immillorable i unes vistes espectaculars.
