Important information:

Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Schöne Pools.
Pros:

Großer Pool. Schöne Aufteilung der Whirlpools.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück waren Dinge vergriffen. Man musste die Kellnerin oft ansprechen. Dann wurde es nachgelegt.

Great location, nice stay
Pros:

Location is superb, the room was neat with plenty of space to put my clothes, the pool was great, as was the bar by the pool. The breakfast was plentiful too. One of the better places I stayed at during my Galapagos trip.

Cons:

Nothing, besides the beetles coming in at night through the door - but they're not dangerous or annoying, there's just a lot of them in Galapagos.

Nice hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Location, pool and friendly staff. We had a nice individual chalet/bungalow.

Cons:

No food or snacks at pool bar or elsewhere. Only breakfast.

Pros:

We loved the hotel, rooms and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

That they did not have a restaurant for lunch and dinner at the hotel. With 2 small children, this would have been convenient.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a family room in a lovely setting. The pool with beautiful jacuzzi and bar/sun lounger area was fantastic.
Breakfast was buffet style with good choice.
The location was slightly out of the town centre (5 minute walk) but closer to the trail to Tortuga Bay.

All good, and the staff were all so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have had a quieter area by the pool . . .away from very loud Americans!

Wonderful accommodation, great breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful property
Pros:

The pool is beautiful and great for lounging. The location is walkable, but away from noise. Staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Price was excellent value for the accommodations.

Cons:

We had issues with our room the first night - the water heater was exceptionally loud. The hotel moved us to a new room the next day
