Important information:

Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Une superbe adresse pour être au calme, dans un cadre idyllique. Top pour les familles
Pros:

L'emplacement, l'accueil gentil et pro, la propreté, les chambres assez spacieuses, et surtout la super piscine et les jaccuzi ! Top petit déjeuner aussi.. que dire de plus ? Un petit bout de paradis dans une île paradisiaque !

Pros:

La ubicación y la limpieza. Muy buen trato por parte del personal, especialmente de Rosalba, a la hora del desayuno, que fue muy atenta con mi alergia alimentaria.

A relaxing 2-night stay at the end of my Galapagos adventure
Pros:

For the price, the room was pretty basic but clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was ok. The pool & hot tub area is super nice and relaxing. Cocktails were wonderful.

Cons:

The room fwlt a bit like a US motel, could gave had a bit more character. For the price, instead of just scrambled eggs on the buffet, made-to-order eggs would have been welcome.

Disfrute pero podría ser mejorable

La piscina la ubicación el desayuno

Cons:

Hice una reserva por un día más y por un cambio de vuelo tuve que salir un día antes mi reserva estaba pagada y no me ofrecieron reembolso , no lo pedí pero lo peor es que mi avión salía más tarde y a las 10 que era la hora de salida ( pero yo tenía un día más de reserva) habían retirado las toallas y recogido la habitación cuando aún no me había ido
Relación calidad precio caro habitaciones y baño muy básico aunque es verdad que muy limpio

Fabulous rooms - stayed in a bungalow so perfect for families. Quite and great poll area and location
Pros:

Location. Hotel facilities and pool area were very good.

Cons:

Where you eat breakfast is not at luxurious as the pool area but is absolutely fine and good value

Nice pool area but small outdated rooms
Pros:

Pool area with the jacuzzi was modern and cozy. Bar by the pool was also convenient. Cleaning was high quality. There is a possibility to refill water bottle with distilled water. Short walk to harbor, restaurants, supermarket.

Cons:

Room was small and outdated, hard to fit 2 persons' belongings. Not enough drinking glasses or kettle. Without the pool area would have been disappointing. At the breakfast buffet milk and yoghurt are placed close to heater so they were warm which is a health risk. Employee did not do anything when we pointed it out.
