Important information:

Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good location staff is friendly

Cons:

No reception at night and i had my aircon breakdown and had nobody to contact. They provided me a replacement room the next day but the fact i could not contact anyone was unfortunate.

Schöne Lage, schön grün und ruhig und toller Poolbereich

Cons:

Frühstück zu einfach, oft zu wenig Auswahl weil das Personal nicht mit auffüllen nachkam.
Man konnte nichts zusätzliches wie z.B einen Maschinenkaffee oder ne Cola bestellen.
Matratzen zu hart.

Pros:

La cama cómoda, muy limpio, el aire acondicionado silencioso y muy bueno
El desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

No tiene Internet en la habitación, no tiene elementos de aseo, solo un jabón aguado, falta una cafetera o tetera.
La ducha es terrible no tiene presión, un día no hubo agua caliente y los otros días cuadrar la temperatura es imposible o muy fría o muy caliente.
Muy costoso.

Pros:

Me encantó el hotel… las instalaciones son muy bonitas la piscina súper limpia ideal para niños… las habitaciones son muy amplias, las camas muy cómodas, almohadas muy cómodas también, es súper tranquilo no hay ruido, sus trabajadores todos son muy amables te ayudan siempre con todo, yo fui con mi bebé de 1 año y mi hija de 8 y realmente hicieron más fácil mi estadía ahí 🫶

Cons:

Tal vez lo único que me hubiera gustado esque tenga restaurante en el hotel para almuerzos y meriendas ya que solo lo abren para desayunos y pues el resto de alimentación si toco afuera del hotel

L'emplacement, l'accueil gentil et pro, la propreté, les chambres assez spacieuses, et surtout la super piscine et les jaccuzi ! Top petit déjeuner aussi.. que dire de plus ? Un petit bout de paradis dans une île paradisiaque !

A relaxing 2-night stay at the end of my Galapagos adventure
Pros:

For the price, the room was pretty basic but clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was ok. The pool & hot tub area is super nice and relaxing. Cocktails were wonderful.

Cons:

The room fwlt a bit like a US motel, could gave had a bit more character. For the price, instead of just scrambled eggs on the buffet, made-to-order eggs would have been welcome.

Disfrute pero podría ser mejorable

La piscina la ubicación el desayuno

Cons:

Hice una reserva por un día más y por un cambio de vuelo tuve que salir un día antes mi reserva estaba pagada y no me ofrecieron reembolso , no lo pedí pero lo peor es que mi avión salía más tarde y a las 10 que era la hora de salida ( pero yo tenía un día más de reserva) habían retirado las toallas y recogido la habitación cuando aún no me había ido
Relación calidad precio caro habitaciones y baño muy básico aunque es verdad que muy limpio
