Great Staff. I would shop around a bit more for cleaner accommodation.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from train station.

Cons:

Found the room to be old and dirty. Not like photos. No reading light. Found communal kitchen area dirty - needs a good scrub, tea towels to enable people to dry dishes and hand towel. Fridge needs a good clean. Front room with window very noisy.

Pros:

Location - Is very Good very convenient, easy to find the hotel. From kajang Mrt line to Pasar seni just walk around 400M-500M can reach to Hotel. no worry about meal there many choice.

Room - Room size and bed is suit for 2 person but no sound proofing i can here many people foot step & close door & talking is very clear.

Balcony - View is so nice

Breakfast - Included

Staff - Very good & very Friendly, Very polite always keep Smile to customer.

Clean - OK, but just toilet need more clean.

Facilities - Air-con is cool, No TV, Only 1 wall plug can be use.

Cons:

For Improvement - Sound proofing, Wall Plug at least 2 unit change be use, more cleaning toilet

Tuyệt vời và xứng đáng 10 điểm
Pros:

Vị trí ngay Jalan Petaling Chinatown đi bộ vài bước rất gần và tiện lợi ra trạm tàu pasar seni. Cô chủ và staffs rất nice, vui vẻ, giao tiếp thân thiện hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng vừa đủ tiện nghi hợp giá tiền, sạch sẽ yên tĩnh an toàn.

Great location
Pros:

Comfortable bed, great shower. Staff are friendly & helpful. Very social vibe but not a party place. Free simple breakfast. Excellent location to metro, supermarket & chinatown.
I'd stay there again when back in KL.

Cons:

Can be a bit noisy at night with the bar/pub downstairs, mainly weekend nights but I was there on a holiday weekend, nothing earplugs can't fix!

Très bon, rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent : le prix est très bas et les prestations valent largement ce tarif. Idéalement situé juste à l’entrée, près de chinatown. Cet hôtel est parfait pour une ou deux nuits. Le personnel est très gentil et particulièrement arrangeant.

Best bang for your buck in KL Chinatown
Pros:

We liked it so much we stayed here twice! Location is perfect, staff is super friendly, rooftop lounge area is wonderful, A/C works, nice little breakfast, book exchange!

Cons:

Sometimes the shared bathrooms weren't the cleanest but what can you do, it's a shared bathroom. The rooms are very small but it wasn't a problem for us!
