I enjoyed my stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. It’s in a great location close to John Wayne Airport. Rooms are very nice. It’s fairly modern. I recommend it.
I want to thank Dorothy and Sammy for making our stay one of the best ever. They were very courteous, extremely pleasant and most important responsive to our needs. They are a tremendous asset to the Hilton family. They are the epitome of what the face of the Hilton brand should be. With all the guests coming and going, they never failed to greet us with a smile and ask how our day, and more important our stay was going. Dorothy especially, went above and beyond of what we expected. Employees such as they, truly reflect what the Hilton brand should strive to be.
Our family of 3 with 2 dogs evacuated from the Garden Grove incident. A great reception by Dorothy made us feel right at home for a peaceful visit during this crazy time. Pepe was a good morning experience. Being creatures of habit he easily had our dining choices memorized. Such a friendly and warm person.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and this one stands out because of both the facility and the people.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern with excellent shower heads and some of the best water pressure I've experienced in a hotel. The gym is well-equipped with free weights and everything needed for a solid workout.
The complimentary breakfast is also fantastic. Plenty of protein options every morning with eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, and more. It's one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.
What really made this stay special, though, was Sarah at the front desk. She has gone above and beyond from day one. She helped me extend my reservation, remembered my name and room number despite the hotel being packed with hundreds of guests, and when she asked me to check back the next morning regarding my stay, she had already taken care of everything before I even made it downstairs. She had my breakfast vouchers ready and waiting and has consistently been friendly, professional, and genuinely kind.
I've also managed to lock myself out of my room and misplace parking passes more than once, and each time she helped me out without hesitation and with a smile.
Customer service like that is rare these days. Sarah made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another room number. She is a huge asset to this hotel, and her attention to detail and genuine care for guests did not go unnoticed.
Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're lucky enough to be helped by Sarah.
The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I had a large van full of expensive equipment. I didn't want to leave in the parking lot. I asked if there was space in the garage and there was not. Sammy. And it moved his personal vehicle to make space for mine. Super appreciative. Went way above and beyond to make sure my stuff was safe. Very happy with this place. Recommend 10 out of 10. Rooms were super clean and updated bathroom was amazing. Shower was awesome.. Food was good. Nice 24-hour store at the front desk. Good job, guys I didn't think good people existed like this anymore.
We had breakfast in the hotel which was excellent. We had a wonderful server, Migel who was courteous and efficient. Well done Migel!!! You are the best!
One caveat is that we are eco conscious and would have liked cloth napkins.
We had a couple drinks and snacks at the bar, Stacey is outstanding!! She was talkative, very friendly and helpful on what we were doing the rest of the trip. I highly recommend this Hilton property, but more importantly go see Stacey, she’s outstanding!!

Clean, modern and safe

Dorothy who was working the front desk the evening of 4-25-26 was phenomenal. A family medical emergency necessitated me extending our stay for an undetermined amount of days. Not only did she quickly and flawlessly arrange things with speed and efficiency, she provided comfort to me in a personal and touching way that eased the pain of a very difficult day. She displayed true servant’s heart and is a beautiful asset to your business.
Definitely order the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of meat and vegan options. Fresh, clean, delicious preparations with plenty of attention to an appetizing impression. The waitstaff was very attentive and gracious. Dining space was well lit, airy.
Stacey was great, I gotta be honest…I watched he handle 5 folks at the bar and 5 tables with multiple ppl. The food was great, you can tell they work with pride and ownership
I’m disappointed that the pool is under repair during my stay, as it was one of the key reasons I booked this hotel. I believe this should have been clearly communicated on front desk and on your website prior to booking, as it impacts the overall experience.
