Pros:

Everything you needed at your fingertips and the staff absolutely amazing! Kudos to the administration as well. They take a card for incidentals but they don’t charge it. As opposed to most places now that take money from your card which you may get back anywhere from 2-4 weeks. It was so refreshing to see human decency again.

Cons:

The rooms need some love. I believe it is time to replace the carpeting in the rooms as well as in the corridors.
