A fabulous hotel on the Marina and excellent breakfast and pool - perfect!
Pros:

The room was lovely and big with comfy bed and chairs. We used the pool and there was plenty of seating around it. Fabulous breakfast! The location is fabulous overlooking the marina and a short walk to the beach.

Cons:

We loved it all!

אני והבן זוג שלי חזרנו בפעם נוספת
שידרגו לנו את החדר מבלי שבכלל ביקשנו !
קיבלנו מגש פירות ויין והחדר היה נקי בצורה מופתית.
למחרת ביקשנו אם אפשר להתעכב ולצאת בשעה קצת יותר מאוחר ושנשלם.
קיבלנו תשובה חיובית ניקו לנו גם את החדר ובסוף גם לא חייבו אותנו בכלל!!
קיבלנו מתנה הכי טובה שיש ונהנו ברמות.
בארוחת בוקר ברמה גבוהה ביותר
אנחנו חוזרים שוב ב20 לחודש ומחכים כבר שיגיע ❤️

מומלץ באהבה רבה
Pros:

מהרגע הראשון שהגענו לקבלה קיבלו אותנו 2 נציגות מקסימות ומאירות פנים והחליטו לשדרג אותנו ללא תוספת תשלום לסוויטה מפוארת וקיבלנו ליווי עד החדר .
בנוסף גם צוות החדרנים היו מקסימים, נענו לכל בקשה שלנו, וכך גם בחדר האוכל שדאגו לנו לפינוק קפה קר ביציאה להנעים את המשך היום.
היה כיף להגיע למקום שבו נותנים שירות באהבה אמיתית!

השירות מדהים!
לבן זוג שלי היה יום הולדת
וביקשתי מהם אם תהיה אפשרות לקבל את החדר מוקדם יותר ואם תהיה אפשרות לשדרג אותנו במידה ויהיה.
לא רק שקיבלנו את החדר כבר מוכן ב10:00 בבוקר שידרגו אותנו לסוויטה דאגו לפנק אותנו בפירות ויין ונוף מדהים למרינה.
ויש את אתי המקסימה שהיא האישה הכי שירותית שיצא לי להיתקל עזרה לי בהכל ונתנה לי מענה וענתה לי כל זמן שהייתי צריכה.
בחיים לא הייתי במלון כל כך טוב עם שירות כזה מדהים
אחזור לשם עוד מיליון פעמים ❤️

חדר כושר פתוח 24/7
יש אופציה לחדרים שקטים
בארוחת בוקר, כשמבקשים, יש אופציות לטבעונים.
מנהלת קשרי הלקוחות יצרה קשר לפני ובמהלך השיהות לברר אם הכל קשורה.
קבלת החדר, למרות שהקדמתי, היתה מהירה.
היתה בעיה קטנה באחד הימים בתחזוקה. לבקשתי הגיעו מיד, תיקנו והשאירו מסודר אחריהם. חזרתי לחדר אחרי 20 דקות והכל היה פרפקט.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר מתחילה רק בשש וחצי. לי אישית היה נחמד אם היה אפשר לאכל כבר בשעה שש.

אין כמו הרודס הרצליה.
Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת וטעימה.
חדר האוכל מדהים. צוות חדר האוכל מעולה , אהבתי לראות את אנשי היהול מסתובבים ושואלים את האורחים אם הם נהנים וצריכים משהו נוסף .
אתי מנהלת קשרי אורחים הייתה פשוט מדהימה !
אני לקוחה קבועה במלון . וכמובן שאחזור שוב.

Cons:

אהבתי הכל . רק צריך לשים לב לריצוף במרפתות שהדק יוצא מהמקום וזה מסוכן.
