פינוק אחד גדול
Pros:

היינו מאוד מרוצים מהשהייה במלון. קיבלנו יחס מצוין והתחשבו בכל בקשותינו. שודרגנו לסוויטה בלי בקשה, ופינקו אותנו בשוקולדים ויין בגלל יום הולדת. המלון נקי, עם נוף יפה וארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה. מומלץ מאוד!

מקום מצויין, נהננו מאוד

מיקום המלון נפלא, מרינה הרצליה, קרוב ויחד עם זאת מרגיש ח"ול, אוכל מצויין, צוות נעים, אדיב, יעיל, חיובי ומקצועי בכל המקומות

Cons:

איכות מיטה וכריות , העובדה שהספא לא חלק אינטגראלי של המלון לדעתי מאפשר לו להיות ברמה בינונית, מאכזבת, אין שעות פעילות קבועות, יחס קריר ומרוחק, עיסוי בנוני, מראה מוזר, קריפי.

מלון מומלץ במרינה בהרצליה
Pros:

שודרגנו לחדר גדול יותר מבלי לבקש.
חניה בחינם בחניון המלון.
ארוחת בוקר טובה.

Cons:

קשה היה להשיג את הקבלה בטלפון לפני ההגעה (קיבלנו טלפונים כלליים של פתאל שלא ידעו לענות), והמלון קצת ישן אבל לא בצורה שמפריעה או פוגעת מאוד בשהות

הצוות היה מסביר פנים ואתי מקשרי לקוחות שהיתה זמינה לכל שאלה.
שידרגו אותנו לחדר עם מרפסת ונוף לים, בנוסף פינקו אותנו בבקבוק יין ופירות.

A fabulous hotel on the Marina and excellent breakfast and pool - perfect!
Pros:

The room was lovely and big with comfy bed and chairs. We used the pool and there was plenty of seating around it. Fabulous breakfast! The location is fabulous overlooking the marina and a short walk to the beach.

Cons:

We loved it all!

Pros:

אני והבן זוג שלי חזרנו בפעם נוספת
שידרגו לנו את החדר מבלי שבכלל ביקשנו !
קיבלנו מגש פירות ויין והחדר היה נקי בצורה מופתית.
למחרת ביקשנו אם אפשר להתעכב ולצאת בשעה קצת יותר מאוחר ושנשלם.
קיבלנו תשובה חיובית ניקו לנו גם את החדר ובסוף גם לא חייבו אותנו בכלל!!
קיבלנו מתנה הכי טובה שיש ונהנו ברמות.
בארוחת בוקר ברמה גבוהה ביותר
אנחנו חוזרים שוב ב20 לחודש ומחכים כבר שיגיע ❤️
