Mix ups and bad days happen, we still loved our time here!
Pros:

We really loved the location and the enormous lounge to sit and relax for a bit before heading out to dinner. The staff was friendly and the hotel was neat and clean for us to enjoy. We also, stopped by the speakeasy in the basement after dinner. Cool spot and the bartenders were awesome!

Cons:

Front desk staff seemed extremely stressed when we arrived. I felt for her, didn't look like she had a lot of help that day. Checked in early and everything seemed fine until we got to our room. For some reason we had been switched to a smaller room and was not made aware of it when checking in. Unfortunately there were no other upgraded rooms available. Everything turned out fine, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would stay again! Hope to get the suite next time.

The elevator was out of order, but I was given notice about it prior to and at check-in. I was offered assistance. They were very nice and helpful about it, but it was a little inconvenient.

Comfortable. That’s about it.

Cons:

Room was okay, clean but very, very small. Photos online were misleading. Bed was comfortable though, especially for a historic location. Front desk staff was the only decent part of our trip; when we checked in, we found out the elevator was broken. Which happens VERY frequently, and we were on the 3rd floor, in a hot building in summer. They stated that we were notified of such, but I received no texts or emails of the sort. No offers were made for the inconvenience. We also saw a woman checking out this morning who fell down the steps and bit it HARD, so that was cool. The service at their bistro and speakeasy was abysmal- staff either ignored you completely or when they did bother to interact, were incredibly short, rude, and couldn’t bothered with you. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone I cared about, anyone with mobility issues, or anyone who has expectations in regards to being appropriately served by the service industry. Awful experience. Want to add that you will also be competing for the free hotel coffee and bathrooms with the homeless folk who loiter out front with no impunity. They also don’t bother to provide WiFi in your room or with your paying an obscene amount per night, so if that’s important to you- don’t book here. Our cell batteries ran almost dead because there isn’t much signal

We would certainly go back but will ask about the elevator first.
Pros:

We’ve stayed here before so we had past positive experiences to reflect back on. Location is terrific and staff are outstanding.

Cons:

The elevator was not working and staying on the third floor wasn’t the best way to start having to carry luggage up three floors.

More than a stay, it’s an experience.
Pros:

This is like staying in a museum. It’s a great experience! Prescott at its best. It’s an historic hotel with a wonderful renovation.

Cons:

Elevator was out of order. Irrelevant detail during our stay.

We had a Beautiful room! I loved the wide hallways and the exceptional clean rooms!
Pros:

The hotel doesn't offer breakfast but the cafe attached to the facility does. It had excellent food!

Cons:

I would have appreciated de-cafe coffee. Some of us..for medical reasons can't have caffeine. Although the Cafe did offer it when ordered.

I will not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

LOCATION, free parking

Cons:

Breakfast not included, very small room. Ac unit was 2feet from the bed .We had to have them do something to keep the bed from rolling away from the wall. Bathroom is VERY small, toilet seat to small for the toilet. Elevator was out of order needed to climb stairs 🙃.
