Better than expected. Kind staff, very early breakfast offerings with a good amount of options. Didn't have time to try out all the facilities but will definitely give them a go the next time I'm in the area for work. Room size and cleanliness was great.

Cons:

Mini fridge compressor had a high-pitched whining noise. I would advise unplugging if you're sensitive to high frequencies.
