It would be appropriate to carry out a serious renovation and updates.
Pros:

The bed is comfortable, although the room is a bit dated.

Cons:

Access to the hotel is complicated, and you have to follow a foul-smelling alley with trash bins lining the entire path. In addition, the pool is not well maintained, and there are only two worn-out sun loungers available. The gym is very basic, and the equipment provided is simply not appealing.

Barr the smell and the rudeness of the reception staff itโ€™s in a good location
Pros:

The room was a decent size and the cleaners done a amazing job

Cons:

The smell in reception was that bad I even contacted booking to ask to rebook me somewhere else as the smell was there for 5/6 days, I lost my bad on my travel down I asked reception if they could help me to which they refused, there was a large gathering of what seems like a dinner service all the way through reception to way this couldnโ€™t be held in the restaurant on second floor I donโ€™t know it made it awkward walking past people while they were eating
