Location is amazing, right in the middle of legian, but the hotel is set back off the road and is so quiet. Nice gardens and beautiful pool. Great price including breakfast
I've stayed here a few time's. I booked a superior room, but before we checked out a staff member came and said we owe extra money because we requested a pool view room, which is the superior room which we had already booked and paid for. They wanted extra money, I didn't really care, i wasn't going to argue, it was the last day of the holiday and in the big scheme of things was not much $. I went to pay by card, But they wanted it in cash not card, then you knew its a scam. Very disappointed.
Great location in the middle of Kuta & an absolute bonus to have direct access straight on Bene where you will find a wonderful spa & awesome coffee at Cafe Beneh directly opposite.

Room didn't have hot water
The pool area is great. The breakfast food is standard to what you would expect for the price paid. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is super central to everything. We really enjoyed our stay here as it is quiet, despite being central.
The room could do with an small renovation (paint). If you want a better room upgrade to a superior room by the pool. We were very comfortable.

Charming.
Strange meny in the cafe for breakfast a lunch and limited opening hours. A bit strange cleaning routines, the staff tok two nice bags that I used for bottles and receipts that I had to go pick up again. They should not remove stuff like that from room without asking!
