Atendimento da equipe excelente, condições do quarto também excelentes (cama confortável, ducha maravilhosa, aclimatação do ambiente perfeita, silencioso, lençóis, travesseiro e toalhas de banho novos), localização excepcional.

Très agréable vraiment !
Pros:

L’emplacement était idéal, le personnel a l’écoute, efficace et souriant. Nous avons pu mettre la voiture dans un parking proche où l’hôtel a des places réservées c’était impeccable !!
Je recommande chaleureusement cet hôtel.

Nice boutique hotel in a 5 star location
Pros:

Superb location, couldn't have been better. Reception staff were lovely. Facilities were good, but thw restaurant is for special occasions. Luckily Pamplona is a fantastic food city, so that was not a problem

Cons:

There are lots of stairs! We did not find out about the lift to the ground floor until we checked out.

Emplacement idéal dans le centre ville, mais les chambres sont minuscules y compris les twins. nous avons été obligé de rajouter une chambre pour que les personnes ne se marchent pas dessus.
