Pros:

Exceptional location with easy parking in the centre of Pamplona. The Michelin star restaurant is excellent value & definitely worth making a reservation.

Cons:

If accessibility is a concern - this hotel has a LOT of steps to navigate. Not an issue for me but for others could be a concern.

Pros:

I had a small room which was perfect for me. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and AC which was amazing. The breakfast was excellent with probably the best croissant I have ever had!

Cons:

I was on the first floor which has stairs going down to the lobby and there was some kind of a “party”going on in the lobby until midnight. Could here many people talking very loudly. Because the location is so central right in the restaurant/bar area, you could hear all the people partying outside until very late…

Pros:

location w/in steps of celebrated pintxos bars w/their own 1-star michelin restaurant. tastefully well appointed rooms/toilets, w/full amenities, comfortable beds & pillows. very welcoming & helpful staff.

Cons:

the stairs & mini-steps connecting floors. no lift directly from ground to higher floors tho lift to 1st thru restaurant available only for people . not suitable for the mobility-reduced.

Fantastisch hotel op uitstekende locatie.
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is fantastisch! Ook is het makkelijk om via het hotel je auto in de nabij gelegen parkeergarage te zetten.
Straat om te eten met keuze uit verschillende bars om de hoek. Het hotel zelf heeft een fantastisch restaurant met een top kok. Michelinster. De sfeer is vriendelijk en service gericht.
Hotelkamer is niet groot maar schoon en confortable.

The room was a good size single, with a comfortable compact bathroom. Lift, TV, internet, privacy.

La ubicación es buena, tocando a la plaza del castillo.

Cons:

Habitación individual, que no quiere decir 2 x 3m, con un aire acondicionado que aun apagado, se escuche una vibración ruidosa toda la noche. Un colchón de faquir deformado, para no descansar nada. Un baño de los años 70, con media bañera y cortina de tela para el agua. En resumen necesita un lavado de cara urgente. No hablo de lujos, simplemente modernizar la habitación y ponerla al dia, para que el viajero pueda descansar y sentirse como en casa. Gracias.
