Awesome Experience
Pros:

I stayed here for one day and the total experience was awesome. I took services from the hotel's travel desk to visit Taj Mahal, Agra Fort. Narendra Goswami ensured that we got best vechile, driver, guide and ensured we have a nice experience.He helped to plan our visit timings such that we avoided crowd as well as heat. No hidden charges and everything was well explained before and I will strongly recommend this hotel for a peaceful trip with family.

service. the staff isn't particularly welcoming. especially the ird staff, they aren't familiar with their own menu. ordering room service was a task. had to explain a simple 2 item order to 2 people 5 times before they finally gor it.
