We recently had lunch at Courtyard Marriott, Agra.
The service was exceptionally courteous and warm. Mahesh, our server, was extremely helpful, attentive, and polite throughout our visit.
Special mention to Executive Chef Utpal, who personally attended to us and extended warm hospitality.
Mahesh is a very pleasant and extremely attentive person. It was a real pleasure to have him serving. Also breakfast was very delicious and had a broad variety of foods. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to the next visit

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding our recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Agra.
We checked into the hotel on 11th May and had to step out shortly thereafter for some work. Upon returning, we discovered that the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly and the room was extremely warm. Despite following up three times, a technician was eventually sent, only to inform us that the AC would not cool below a certain temperature. Although the thermostat displayed 22°C, the room remained unbearably hot and we were sweating throughout.
When we requested a room change, the staff refused, citing that the hotel was sold out. This ordeal continued until nearly 1:30 AM, during which we had to repeatedly contact the reception and Duty Manager with no meaningful resolution provided. When we requested to speak with the Night Manager, we were informed that he was “busy” with a function at the hotel and did not have time to address guest concerns.
While Rajat, the Duty Manager, genuinely tried to assist, he appeared completely helpless due to the lack of support from the management. We were ultimately forced to spend the entire night in a room with a non-functional AC and without even a fan for basic air circulation.
This experience was particularly distressing as it caused significant stress and fatigue to our son, who had an important examination the following morning and was unable to sleep properly due to the conditions.
The next morning, after repeated follow-ups yet again, we were finally shifted to another room in the afternoon. Although the new room was larger and the AC functioned properly, it was disappointing that no member of the senior management made any effort to check on us, apologize, or even place a courtesy call regarding the incident.
To make matters worse, the internet service stopped working thereafter, and despite reporting the issue, the IT personnel who attended were unable to resolve it.
This has undoubtedly been one of the worst hotel stay experiences we have ever had. The lack of accountability, poor guest handling, and complete absence of proactive management support is shocking for a property operating under the Marriott brand.
I sincerely hope Marriott International takes serious note of the operational failures and service deficiencies at this property and conducts a thorough audit of the hotel.

Hotel charged extra despite booked amount by booking .com.. They even tried to charge onec more, when i was in travelling back, without authenitication of card, which is highly unethical. When protested, they reversed that tarnsaction, Despite followup and conversations and assurances by duty manager , refund information has still not been generated.
