Excellent stay. Room spacious and bed very comfortable, bathroom good quality. Breakfast excellent. Good location about 10 minutes walk to city centre and near to shops/money exchange. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful, providing directions, umbrellas, helping with cars and luggage and money exchange.

The room is very clean. The staff is very friendly and i love the breakfast!

The Hi Tea Buffet at Spice Brasserie in Park Royal Hotel was truly a wonderful and satisfying experience for our family.
The food was delicious, and the preparation and presentation were very clean and well done.
Restaurant Manager Moe Wai and all of the staff provided excellent service throughout our visit.
Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and always served with a smile, which made us feel even more relaxed and happy.
For our family, it became a truly unforgettable day, and we will definitely come back again in the future.

Great hotel and facilities, well kept and clean. What stood out was the incredible staff, in particularly the few individuals at reception and the housekeeping staff. They are great at their professions and know exactly how to treat the hotel guests. Would recommend this hotel based solely on them alone.

Very welcoming staff. Neat and clean rooms sumptuous breakfast that has Indian touch. It's complete value for money. I love Moe Wai Zin the banquet manager and his whole team.

Park Royal Yangon is my second home away from home from 2012. Incredible hospitality extended from the entrance and every where. Un parreral additions offered by executive lounge is in next level. Big varity of breakfast and Mow Wai as the restaurant manager is extending a personal and warmth hospitality to every guest. This is a place to be without any doubts.

The breakfast buffet made me happy because of wide range of variation. I had Miso Soup for 5 days consectively because it came with good taste and healthy ingredigents. The location is great that is close to Yangon Central Railwaystation in 5 minutes on foot and 6 Japanese restaurants, one is in the hotel and 5 are outside, within 10 minutes on foot. My room was spacious and clean.

I had a wonderful staycation with my friend during thingyan holidays. The DJ entertainment and water activities at the pool were much more exciting than I expected. The service provided by the hotel was top tier. I would love to visit here again.

Hotel is closed to my home and easy to reach. Established some years ago and tested time and challenges. Staffs are friendly, especially Su Zar Chi Hlaing from Spice Brasserie, who is so friendly and helpful.
