Upon entry, the staff were absolutely amazing on the front desk, made us feel so welcome and offered us a drink to enjoy while our luggage was brought to our room.
The room itself was absolutely stunning and the assistance from the staff to decorate the room for my wife's birthday is a memory she will always remember. Thank you so much.

Cons:

I didn't like the attitude toward the weather in the rooftop bar. One of the staff members told me it was raining and actually tried to convince me it was raining at that very moment when in actual fact, it wasnt raining. Another staff member tried to prevent my wife and I from enjoying a drink on the roof top terrace (because it was "raining", even though it wasnt) and what made that frustrating, is there were other people sitting down outside on the terrace.
