It was OK just OK.
Pros:

I like how comfortable the bed was. Also, the airflow in the room when you open the door to go outside the airflow in the room was really nice. Also, I liked the minimalistic style of the room coupled with the industrial aspect of the room was really nice.

Cons:

what I didn’t like about the property was that you had to call to get your room cleaned. If there’s some type of regulation or no rule or law that that doesn’t allow a room to be clean that’s one thing. But even in that towels, washcloths should be refreshed daily.

Pros:

ベランダの付いている比較的上層階の部屋を取ったのだか、思った以上に日当たりや見晴らしがよく、午前中はベランダで朝食を取ったり、夜には、やや背面に近かったが、マンハッタンの夜景を眺めたりすることも出来て、部屋にいる間もニューヨークを楽しめたのは、存外に良かった。
また、お水が必要なら、フロントやお部屋の係りの方から、すぐ貰える(無料で)ので、非常に便利だった。自分でお水を用意するのは、意外と面倒だったはずなので。

Cons:

スタイリッシュさを指向するホテルなので、致し方ないのかもしれないけれど、部屋の設備や家具などがそんなに機能的というわけでもなくて、水回りが特に使い辛かった。洗面台の水栓が妙にキツく、すぐに壊れてしまったり…。空調も使い方もわかりにくいし、調節しもし辛くて、凍えるほど寒い夜を過ごすことになったり、とトラブルもあった。
部屋は広くて、シンプルにまとめてあるけれど、洋服を入れて置くタンス的なものがなかったり、このレベルのお部屋なら普通、あるだろうと思うものがない。機能面で言ったら、チェーン展開しているホテルグループの方が便利だろうと思う。
ただ、そういう使い辛い点も含めて、NYで生活している感を味わえるとも言えるので、何泊か長めに滞在するのが良いかもしれない。

Chaleureux !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Boro Hotel. L’accueil a été hyper chaleureux et l’équipe a été adorable pendant tout notre visite. Leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. La localisation proche de pleins de parc avec une jolie vue sur Manhattan.

Mention spécial pour la deco hyper stylé et la vue incroyable sur Manhattan depuis les chambres.

Cons:

Petit point négatif sur le service de ménage, il manquait toujours une petite chose mais le personnel réagissait immédiatement à nos demandes

Die Dachterasse war leider nicht offen. Das Zimmer hätte gründlicher gereinigt werden können.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay at Boro Hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the front desk staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the manager, who actually remembered me and made me feel valued as a guest. That personal touch meant so much and made my stay even more memorable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Very pleasant and attentive staff, great lobby and coffee shop.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable (like sleeping on a pull-out sofa bed), TV/remote were not functional, inside of bathroom rapidly deteriorating, very over priced.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in der tollen Stadt NY
Pros:

Wir hatten für 3 Personen 2 Zimmer mit jeweils einem Bad und Verbindungstür. Das war perfekt für unseren 6-tägigen Urlaub in NY. Das allerbeste war aber die Lage im 11. Stock mit einem Wahnsinns-Ausblick auf die Skyline von Manhattan.
Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit.
Bis zur U-Bahn ist man max. 10 min gelaufen und dann war man nach 15 min mitten in Manhattan.

Cons:

Da gab es nichts. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre ganz schön gewesen, war ohne aber gar kein Problem.

Pros:

Calme, proche métro, vue sur skyline Manhattan.

Cons:

Chambre pas prête quand nous sommes arrivés à 15h. Pas de bouilloire comme prévue dans la description. 1 chaise par chambre. Pas de rangement.
