A room was small. I was very disappointed at the pictures are not the same as the room
The room was spacious, and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The service at the restaurant was great and the servers were attentive.
The rooms had limited lighting. There were also no drawers to put away clothes and organize. There was no one to help with luggage handling in the lobby, and there was only one person at check in time to help people check in.

Looks like an owner had 1st business. No fridge , first room had a smell marijuana. At next day a got new room. No fridge , no iron at the room, I had a request to get an iron, after 40 min I got it by myself. Hotel don’t have a parking , nearby parking charge me 35$ per night for suv. Stuff was very friendly and good . But building was build like for save a money, pictures is a fake. Only 1 light ball for the room. Most of worst hotels where i stayed (100$ feels was better) I spent 1100$ for 3 nights. This hotel not for this price. Area is very bad. A lot of rats at the street. This area is a getto

Fairly good hotel with nice city view if you have room to the right direction to the water. As a surprise, nobody told us about cleaning upon request. When we requested nobody clean it anyway. Upon escalation, they have clean the room in the evening.
Cleaning the room upon request only. Nobody told us at check in. It was a real surprise for the hotel that is not seen as budget hotel.

Hotel is great. Rooms were clean and nice. Great views. The location was not great -- pretty dirty area and not a lot to do or nice restaurants, but subway was close. Beebe's Restaurant staff were AMAZING. We had a really nice time here.
