Would not stay again.
Pros:

Quite a nice location on a quiet Harbour Front, with not a lot to do, which is great if you're just here for relaxing. There's a few restaurants on the Habour, so you'll easily find a few good dinner options. Rooms are spacious and nicely kept, very clean. All in all - nice rooms, good location, but the hotel itself does not give value for money.

Cons:

The hotel is quite run down and we felt price did not match the facility and service standards. The pool area and general communal areas are run down. The hairdryer in our room was broken. We struggled to get internet connection to actually watch anything on the TV and when calling reception for technical engineers, they never came. The pool area was beautifully located at the penthouse with views of the habour and greenery, but the area was poorly kept; cushions for the seating was lying around disorganised, there were never any clean pool towels and we had to call three times to reception to get new ones sent up, and the emergency telephone by the pool was broken.

Best Comfortable Hotel to Stay in Johor. 👍👍
Pros:

Cons:

Nearest Mamak restaurant closed in the mornings due to renovation progress. Open in evening.
