Pros:

Lots of plug sockets, clean, have microwave, induction stove (no pots and pans), fridge with freezer, located opposite 24-h mamak restaurant

Cons:

No porter/bell boy,so we had to carry our luggages and stuff on our own (receptionist also insist that we carry on our own LOL). The receptionist have limited information about the hotel amenities and poor customer service gestures (but shes not rude, just not fully trained).
