Great location, clean nice room, great view of beach & ocean!
Pros:

I liked the location, the rom layout was small but efficient, the balcony view of the ocean was great!

Cons:

There was a problem with the hotel’s hot water heater during our stay. The staff quickly communicated to the guests about that issue, which was resolved 1 day later. And a sensor on our deck door turned off our A/C during one night during our stay, resulting in a hot room. I called the front desk and they sent someone up right away to repair it. Also charging an extra $20/day for parking is ridiculous! iOtherwise everything was GOOD!!

Pros:

The only problem we had was we asked for towels to a couple different workers and they never came and got them for us. As expensive that it is we were not expecting to have to pay to park

Amenities and cleaning services were not impressive this stay.
Pros:

Good location to restaurant and mini golf

Cons:

Had to pay for parking to park in their lot.
Didn’t have hot water for a day without compensation.
No more free bikes, chairs , or umbrellas… had to rent them.
Cleaning of rooms was poor. Had to get own clean towels daily. Only cleaned room 1/4 days.
Fire alarm went off one morning without any follow up.
