Locația pe malul strâmtorii Dardanele cu o vedere excelenta, spațiul imens cu dotări diverse al proprietății, parcare suficientă pentru un număr imens de mașini, personal discret

Cons:

La fel ca peste tot, stațiile de încărcare electrice nu aparțin hotelului și cum e imposibil cu un număr de telefon din altă țară sa instalezi aplicațiile, rămâi fără încărcare mașină. La fel, nimeni din hotel nu știe cum se procedează!

The view of the room was good.

Cons:

The jacuzzi in the room. You pay extra for that, but when you turn it on, it makes the room a mess - you can use it only as a bathtub, but not as a jacuzzi. Also, all similar facilities (pool, sauna, etc) were not working, when we were there.

Vom reveni dar niciodata in corpul 2 al hotelului.

este pentru a treia oara cand venim la acest hotel. hotelul este supeb, amplasarea excelenta si micul dejun mai mult decat foarte bun. dorim sa multumim pe aceasta cale d-lui Mehmet, receptioner, care este un profesionist foarte bun si un om de calitate.

Cons:

De data aceasta, au fost 3 aspecte, pe care nu le putem intelege la un hotel de 5 stele:
- lipsa hartiei igienice;
- lipsa (3 zile consecutive) a gelului de dus;
Situatia cu cafeaua la all inclusiv si/sau mic dejun in Turcia este bine stiuta de toti turisti consumatorin de cafea. Astfel, in fiecare dimineata cumparam cafea de la bar, Pentru fetita mea de 9 ani, am cumparat ciocolata calda si pentru sotie latte, pentru care am solicitat miere de albine. Am crezut ca nu aud bine cand mi-au spus ca mierea se plateste separat, Este de noaptea mintii la 5 stele, Niciodata nu am patit asa ceve in Turcia si venim de vreo 20 de ani. Mai mult, costul era de 2 lei, cred ca 10 sau 15 TL.

There really isn’t anything likeable except for its position on a pathway along the water. We found a nice seafood restaurant a short walk away.

Cons:

It lacks friendly service, the spa was unavailable, the breakfast was very cafeteria style with no espresso coffee available & limited healthy choices.

Pros:

The room was exceptional: it was very spacious, very clean, with a beautiful view overlooking the sea. In the distance, we even spotted orcas swimming – it was magical! Our children enjoyed the pool, the staff were very friendly, and the food was exceptionally good! It's a place I highly recommend.

Cons:

A 5‑star rating should guarantee a high standard of comfort, impeccable hygiene, and flawless service. Unfortunately, this hotel delivers the exact opposite: a mockery of its guests’ money and a complete disregard for even the most basic norms of hospitality.
Accommodation and rooms: A fiasco from start to finish: The experience started poorly right from check‑in. Although we had booked a room with two large beds, we were initially given a room with a single bed and a sofa bed that felt like sleeping on concrete. After insisting, the room was changed, only for us to discover an equally pathetic “upgrade”: one large bed, one small bed, and the same awful, hard, visibly dirty sofa. The bedding was far from white, looking worn and questionable. For a room meant to accommodate four people, the layout and furniture choices are an insult to the very notion of comfort.
Cleanliness and hygiene: Unacceptable: The bathroom was the peak of the degradation. A filthy space, with a toilet that had clearly not been properly cleaned — “sanitized” only in theory. The towels — normally white and pristine in an establishment of this level — were bluish, aged, and insufficient: only two large and two small towels for four guests. Hygiene standards are simply ignored.
