Cons:

That it is effectively a wedding venue. They host weddings which ruins your experience as you can’t use the pool or pool area after a day of site seeing and the music is INCREDIBLY loud until midnight everywhere in the hotel. Guests are second rate as soon as a wedding is in and we booked this hotel purely for the nice pool area which was closed both nights we were there. The tea and coffee in the rooms does not reflect at all the price you pay (eg horrible powdered creamer and cheep coffee and tea).

Cons:

Vores ophold på hotellet levede desværre slet ikke op til forventningerne. Efter vores oplevelse mener vi, at hotellet er stærkt overvurderet, og prisen står ikke mål med kvaliteten.

Værelset var beskidt ved ankomst. Der var fedtfingre på sofaerne fra tidligere gæster, spejlene var plettede og så ud, som om de var blevet tørret af med en beskidt klud, og der lå hår flere steder på gulvet. Det gav et dårligt førstehåndsindtryk.

Derudover fungerede airconditionen ikke. Da vi første gang gjorde personalet opmærksom på problemet, fik vi blot at vide, at den virkede fint. Resultatet var, at vi måtte forsøge at sove i et værelse med en temperatur på omkring 29 grader. Først efter endnu en henvendelse – cirka en halv time senere – begyndte anlægget pludselig at køle en smule.

Servicen var generelt skuffende. Flere medarbejdere virkede uengagerede, og vi oplevede ofte, at de stod med deres telefoner frem for at være opmærksomme på gæsterne. Da vi bestilte drikkevarer i baren, var fokus først og fremmest på betalingen frem for en god serviceoplevelse.

Morgenmadsbuffeten havde et stort udvalg, men den fremstod ikke særlig hygiejnisk. Kaffen var kold, personalet var sjældent synligt, og der gik lang tid, før borde blev ryddet af.

Den indendørs pool virkede så beskidt, at vi valgte slet ikke at benytte den. Den udendørs pool var det eneste, der trak oplevelsen lidt op, men det kunne desværre ikke opveje resten.

Samlet set var opholdet en stor skuffelse. Hotellet lever efter vores mening ikke op til hverken sine anmeldelser eller sin pris, og det er ikke et sted, vi vil vælge at booke igen.

Hotelul este amplasat lânga soseaua de intrare/iesire din Cannakale. Este un hotel foarte curat, camerele mari, frumos si modern mobilate , parcare proprie foarte mare, mancarea foarte buna, zona pentru plaja mare, cu umbrele si sezlonguri, piscina mare, cu apa curata si nu in ultimul rand personalul extrem de amabil. Felicitari!

Familienzimmeraufteilung.

Cons:

Leider fand eine unankündigte Hochzeit während des Aufenthalts statt. Unfasbar, dass wir erst beim checkin davon erfahren. Zuerst dachte ich, dass die Hochzeitsinfo an der Rezeption ein schlechter Witz ist. Auf dem Foto ist der Beginn der Hochzeit zu sehen. Am Ende waren es mind. 500 Gäste, die bis in die Nacht laut gefeiert haben. Es fand tatsächlich eine unangekündigte Hochzeit statt, so dass die Kinder nicht wie gewohnt um 21h schlafen konnten und wir dadurch auch nicht.

Man bucht ein Hotelzimmer, um einen entspannten Schlaf zu haben. Insbesondere bei den Zimmerpreisen sollte eine ruhige Nacht nicht viel verlangt sein. Die Geschäftsführung muss sich entscheiden, ob sie aus dem Haus en Eventcenter für Hochzeiten macht oder als Hotel betreibt.

Eine weitere Info: Der Spa Bereich ist wegen Umbauarbeiten gesperrt. Erfährt man auch dann vor Ort.

Lovely hotel & great spot for touring Gallipoli & Troy.
Pros:

Rooms spacious & comfortable.
Very clean & beautiful swimming pool. Close to quite a few restaurants.

Cons:

Was a little way out of Canakkale town but walkable if you are fit.
Noisy parties around the pool for wedding & graduation party till midnight.
