Pros:

Niente

Cons:

Tutto a partire dalla pulizia delle camere il bagno osturato e anche la vasca.
La pulizia era 0 non c’era Luce e mancavo le coperte dei letti! Oltre all’incisione di formiche e insetti!!
Siamo andati dallo staff alla reception e ci hanno detto che non avevano altre camere da dare ci hanno poi ignorato quando gli abbiamo chiesto di parlare con il responsabile dicendo che non esisteva un dirigente e un responsabile in quel “hotel” !
Dalle ore 14:30 alle 17 siamo stati sotto a perdere tempo con quelli che di chiamo “staff”
Insomma un hotel con qualità presso zero non ci tornerei più!
Le foto messe su Booking non rispettano la realtà.

J'ai réservé pour deux nuits , j'arrive a l'hôtel et la surprise, ma réservation n'était pas prise en compte. Apparemment y'a eu un problème avec le commercial qui as accepté plus de résa qu'il fallait.
Donc fallait que je trouve un autre logement pour le soir même qui ma coûté très chèr , pas d'excuse, pas d'explications juste Madame on as pas de chambre et ont peut rien faire.
En vrai heureusement que je suis pas séjourner dans cette hôtel car 20 mnt a la réception j'ai entendu que des plaintes, chambre sale , hall de l'hôtel très sale toilette horrible , nuisibles et j'en passe..

Les draps et les serviettes étaient tachés. On m'a expliqué que les taches ne partaient pas au lavage, mais cela reste inacceptable
Ambiance tres décevante

La situation géographique bien situé

En arrivant il manque des crayons pour la fiche de renseignement.
Notre porte grince, on ne pouvait pas l'ouvrir sans la porter
Toutes les ampoules ne fonctionnent pas juste celle du lit
Il manque des prise électrique
Grand lit mais aucun confort
Petit déjeuner que dire peu pas de choix,( pain au chocolat sans chocolat, cafè ou citronnade coupe a l'eau
Parking petit par rapport aux nombres de chambres.
Heureusement petit prix.
Mais plus jamais,

Le personnel de la réception 0 , pour être au service du client ils ne sont même pas organisé ,
Plusieurs fois par jours nous avions du réclame des serviettes de bains , le pommeau de douche été horrible avec une salle de bain à cafard et le pire c’est que je me suis faite piquer sur tout le dos au réveil et non pas par un moustique !

L attente pour prendre les clefs et pourtant nous sommes arrivés a 16h la saleté et vétusté de l hôtel qui ne mérite que 2 étoiles. Des fourmis dans les chambres
