Directeur malhonnête, chambre recu seulement a 17h alors que je suis arrivé a 14h ensuite il a encaissé plus d argent des taxes que ce qu il aurait dû, ensuite chambre recu 3h apres a 17h pas de serviettes recu seulement après réclamation 2h apres donc 19h ensuite probleme d eau pour se doucher j ai du me laver avec des bouteilles d eau que j ai acheté, ensuite pas de télé chambre avec télé cassé ils ont mis une tele juste pour decor cassé j ai les preuves en photos de mes dires et je ne compte pas en rester là

I choosed this hotel for its location

The staff didn.t accepted me the receptionnist was very unrespectful and didn.t accepted my confirmation..they charged me tge whole amount and asked me to pay twice the price at the rrception..i was staaying there by night for 2 ir three hours waiting the director who never came...i was obliged to search another hotel ...ths hotel asked that i pay the same amount that i paid by my card in cqsh too: so they wanted me to pay 130 dinars for a room single with a aimple bed...the room i reseeved on booking...very bad experience with unfaithful persons who want to charge dohble price for customers...i was obliged to check another hotel and they refused to give me a room and the money i paid by card they did not recharged it to me saying that they did not received it

The Location was perfect in the downtown and near to everything

Cons:

Very bad smell in the rooms , very old fournitures it wasn’t clean enough with all due respects for the cleaning service they was too friendly and amiable ,I wouldn’t to say that about the hotel I wanted to be an amazing experience but unfortunately it’s wasn’t.

« Séjour gâché par un accueil froid, un personnel irrespectueux et un hôtel vétuste.

Je suis très déçue par mon expérience dans cet établissement. Dès l’accueil, le personnel a été froid et peu accueillant. L’hôtel est vieux et ne correspond pas du tout à ce que j’espérais. Ma famille a eu des difficultés au moment du réservation mais au lieu de les aider, la responsable et l’agent de réception les ont mis de côté et les ont traités sans aucune considération. Ma mère et le reste de ma famille ont été très mal à l’aise et dégoûtés par cette situation.
Ce séjour, que je voulais agréable, a été complètement gâché par le manque de professionnalisme et de respect du personnel. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai jamais.

Das Essen war auch sehr geschmacklos und wirklich nicht auswahlsreich

The hotel was nothing like advertised and staff were rude and terrible! Asked for refund so we could leave and was refused! Left straight away anyway and booked into another hotel.
Still trying to get refund now!

J ai pas de pension ni mangions à l extérieur je pense avoir bien fait j ai connu cette hôtel il y a w20 ans cela n a plus rien avoir service désastreux dommage

Le service chambre salle et personne ne passe la nettoyer aucune serviette par exemple pendant notre séjour.heuresement ne pas avoir compté sur leurs service mais chambre salle comme meme
