Le calme.

Cons:

Repas sans surprise, plus de fruits à partir de 20h, toujours les mêmes pâtisseries, un téléviseur des années 2000 sans télécommande ni câble d'antenne, chambre sale. Pas de verre que des gobelets, coca cola ou boisson à base de concentré, pas de bouteille d'eau, que des gobelets, des cafards dans les chambres, des fuites d'eau dans les couloirs en provenance des chambres. Café froid au niveau de la piscine. 50% du personnel attentionné le reste..... Pas de wifi dans les chambres, une piscine qui ferme à 18h en pleine canicule. Je n'y retournerai jamais

the experience was far below what I expected from a hotel.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay.

The service was poor from the beginning. I had to wait around **two hours just to get a room**, and even after waiting that long, the room I was given had the **wrong specifications — twice**.

Basic amenities were also missing. There was **no soap available**, and I noticed **many spiders in the room**, which made the stay very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness.

Overall, the experience was far below what I expected from a hotel. The long waiting time, incorrect room arrangements, lack of basic amenities, and cleanliness issues made my stay very disappointing.

I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the service and cleanliness.

La télé a dû être embarqué par le précédent client...
Mobilier dans chambre inexistant sauf une chaise en plastique cassé
Un vasque cassé dans la salle de bain
Et le top du top ! Des CAFARDS ! Et des punaises de lit.
La protection animale je veux bien mais il ya des limites...
