Pros:

colazione molto buona , posizione hotel sul lago

Cons:

1) il servizio ristorante non era a disposizione : il ristorante stellato è stato sempre chiuso , l'altro ristorante ,il timeless alla richiesta di cenare è stato dichiarato indisponibile per mancanza di posti dalla reception ! tuttavia ignorando la reception ci siamo presentati in sala ed il cameriere, come ospiti dell'hotel, ci ha fatto accomodare ! abbiamo anche notato che che pochi tavoli erano già occupati ! l'impressione è stata quella che non volevano offrire il servizio ristorazione . 2) il parcheggio annunciato come gratuito nel sito di booking , dopo la conferma d'odine è apparso a pagamento per 15 € /gg : al check out ci è stato chiesto di pagare per due auto invece che una ! 3) la camera assegnata n. 115 con affaccio sulla strada pubblica è risultata molto rumorosa : la mancanza di aria condizionata obbliga all'apertura delle finestre visto il caldo ; 4) il personale della reception si è dimostrato poco disponibile e poco attento sia nel check in ( nonostante gli fosse stata presentata la prenotazione booking in lingua tedesca ) sia nel check out .

Hotel de ensueño, con spa, al lado del lago Thunersee
Pros:

Nos alojamos en este hotel durante nuestro viaje a Suiza. La ubicación es ideal, justo delante del lago Thun y con acceso directo al lago donde poder bañarte, en un entorno de ensueño. El personal es muy amable y resolutivo.
El desayuno es muy completo, con una amplia variedad de embutidos y quesos, entre otros. El café es también de calidad, preparado en una máquina superautomática. Si se desea disfrutar de una experiencia culinaria más top, hay un restaurante con estrella Michelin en el propio hotel.
Nuestra habitación (doble con balcón) era correcta y luminosa. Quizás un poco pequeña si llevas mucho equipaje. El baño, muy completo. El único inconveniente es que no hay aire acondicionado en la habitación y este verano está siendo muy caluroso, incluso en Suiza. Sí que hay un pequeño aparato ventilador que ayuda a dormir mejor.
Las almohadas que tuvimos la primera noche eran más blandas de lo que estamos acostumbrados, pero valoramos muy positivamente que nos las cambiasen por otras más duras y ergonómicas.
El spa del hotel es increíble: muy amplio y completo. Con jacuzzi y 3 tipos diferentes de sauna (húmeda, finlandesa y eco. Esta última no es tan caliente como la tradicional, pero también es muy agradable). En la misma habitación encuentras el albornoz y las zapatillas para acceder al spa.
Valoramos especialmente bien que el hotel tuviese parking integrado, con plazas amplias. Si algún día no hay plaza dentro del parking, hay algunas plazas en la parte exterior.
Cerca del hotel también hay supermercados, que ofrecen buenas opciones si quieres hacer excursiones y llevarte la comida.
Recomendamos el hotel por su ubicación (ideal, de fácil acceso y frente al lago), trato del personal y tranquilidad.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, juste en face du lac où l’on peut se baigner, et à environ 20 min à pied du centre-ville et de la gare. Le spa est également un vrai point fort : très beau, agréable et de très bonne qualité.

Cons:

Chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec vue sur le local à vélos, aucune climatisation mais seulement un vieux ventilateur, ménage moyen et oreillers très très inconfortables pratiquement inexistants. Les peignoirs et chaussons ne sont pas remplacés pendant le séjour.

Les photos du site mettent surtout en avant les chambres premium et, surtout, aucune information à l’arrivée sur les activités proposées par l’hôtel : nous avons découvert le dernier jour qu’il était possible de louer des vélos et des canoës.

Die Hotelanlage mit dem Park und die direkte Seepromenade ist wunderbar.

Cons:

Der Preis war hoch und alle Tische waren reserviert. Mir ist es bewusst, dass es wegen den Thunerseespiele war. Alles in allem war das Hotel gut. Es war nicht mein erster Aufenthalt bei ihnen.

Nicht zum letzten Mal da gewesen

Es war mein dritter Aufenthalt im Hotel Seepark....und definitiv nicht der letzte. Der Empfang und das ganze Personal sind überaus kompetent und sehr sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Produkte im Bad, die einem zur Verfügung gestellt werden, riechen himmlisch. Egal wo man im Hotel verweilt (Terrasse, Frühstückssaal, Wellness) herrscht eine entspannende Atmosphäre. Danke liebes Seepark Team!
