Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Super Lage, Hervorragendes und umfangreiches Frühstück, Schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel

Cons:

Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, könnte es bei heissen Sommern im Zimmer etwas warm werden.
Für Langschläfer wäre es schön, wenn das Check out etwas später wäre.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Zusätzliche Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Was mir noch fehlte waren lactosefreie Yoghurts. Da habe ich aber nicht nachgefragt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer über dem Haupteingang. Dadurch hatten wir durch die abfahrenden Motorfahrräder schon am Nachmittag unangenehmer Lärm. Abend viel Gerede von Personen.

Très bel hotel au bord du lac de Thoune !
Pros:

Hotel parfaitement situé au bord du lac. Grand hall agréable, petit-déjeuner copieux et complet. Accueil sympathique, en français et en allemand. Possibilité d'utiliser le local vélo sécurisé.

Cons:

Prix relativement élevé (mais réservation en période de vacances). Peu d'équipement en chambre (pas de brosses à dent, fil, etc.). Chambres chaudes en été (pas de climatisation, mais mise à disposition d'un ventilateur).

Great location, wonderfull staff, room needs modernisation.
Pros:

Great view, fantastic acces to the lake. The staff were really nice and professional, not to mention helpfull. The wellness section was also really comfortable and easy to access. Food was great although the selection could use a little bit of expansion. They also had non-alcoholic cocktails which were really nice. The breakfast was also pretty tasty, and Im glad it was available until 10, because some places close it before 9.

Cons:

The room definietly needs an AC or any other way to cool it down. The desktop fan was nowhere near enough for it, and due to the placement of the room, there was no air movement despite the open window. The room became uncomfortably hot, and due to the presence of the lake, humid. The door to the toilet was a strange type of sliding door that you needed to push out a little bit, and then slide. It let the humidity of the shower into the room, and provided no barrier against the smells. The beds came with thick winter blankets, which we obviously couldnt use in the middle of the summer, so we had to use just the covers.

Great Hotel! Stunning views across the Lake
Pros:

Very nice, staff excellent!
Incredible view across the lake ...stunning!

Cons:

The restaurant staff were mostly super sweet, attentive etc. but some were stressed and not so welcoming. I waited 1 hr to be seated outise so better to reserve a table by the lakeside.

die aussage, das Hotel sei in einem gewissen Alter :(
da der Preis eher hoch ist.....
leider ist das Hotel mit vielen Gästen beim frühstück überfordert
