Zimmer schön und sauber, Personal sehr nett, Frühstück sehr gross und gut, Lage direkt am See, nur 10min zu Fuss in die Innenstadt
Bedienung an der Bar sehr langsam, wir haben 30min auf unsere Drinks auf der Terrasse gewartet. Der Hugo war ungeniessbar. Das Wellness ist leider erst ab 9 verfügbar, schade.
Klein, fein, alles da, gut ausgestattet, aber kein Chichi.
Laute Umgebung in der Nacht, Raucher die vor der Tür laut schwatzen

À plusieurs reprises nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel!! Il a énormément changé … bcp moins de confort et surtout de propreté ! Même le spa etait bcp moins propre que jadis 🤷♀️ par contre il y a toujours des pommes à disposition 👍mais plis de machine à café ds la chambre pour 4 étoiles pas top ☺️

Laut Réception Zimmer am Sonntag erst 1500 verfügbar! Darauf im Gartenrestaurant zwar freundliche aber überforderte Bedienung. Nur eine Person. Ankunft entsprach in keiner Weise dem Standing und Erwartungen.
