Mostly good stay with some annoyances
Pros:

The location of this hotel was great - right across from the lagoon with flamingos. It was clean and had decent breakfast

Cons:

The door to the patio can lock you out of your room. We lucked out and were able to fix the situation, but it could have been a lot worse

Excelente lugar
Pros:

La vista frente a los flamencos y al otro lado la playa
Excelente ubicación
La habitación era amplia
El desayuno era rico
El personal (todos) siempre fueron super amable con nosotros.
Había un refrigerador disponible para guardar cosas en el area común,
Nos fueron a buscar al ferry.
Agua potable disponible en todos los pisos

Quarto super confortável, silencioso, chuveiro excelente.

Cons:

- As informações no check in não foram precisas. Nos disseram que o check out era às 12:00h, porém no dia do check out, quando fomos sair para a praia (pouco antes das 9h), nos informaram que o check out era às 10h, alterando totalmente os nossos planos. Poderiam passar as informações por escrito para não haver erros.

A great spot to stay on Isabela
Pros:

We booked the king room with a lake view and it did not disappoint! We had a balcony that looked over the lagoon full of flamingos. Our bed and the room were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was served on the third floor also with a view over the lagoon.

Unser Zimmer war groß, mit Terasse und Blick zur Flamingo-Lagune. Wasser und Kaffee stehen immer zu Verfügung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, aber wir vermissten etwas Auswahl.

Experiencia brutal en la isla
Pros:

El trato del personal. Muy atentos y cuidadosos respecto al tema de intolerancias alimenticias a pesar de lo complejo que es en la Isla. La limpieza. Facilitan toallas, taxis para moverte, excursiones.

Jaccuzi on the roof was amazing

Ottimo qualità prezzo
Pros:

Posizione ottima vicina alla spiaggia, staff molto gentile, ci hanno aiutato con tutte le prenotazioni dei tour con una agenzia affiliata a loro. Avevano molti servizi che non abbiamo usato come la vasca idromassaggio e la piscina. Meravigliosi i fenicotteri di fronte alla laguna. Ci hanno anche aiutato con un problema con una tour che abbiamo prenotato separatamente, ci hanno salvato la giornata, chiamando la diretta interessata dato che si conoscono in paese.
