Hotel La Laguna Galapagos

Our room had a sea and a lagoon view so we woke up and could see the flamingos in the lagoon. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Habitación amplia, con aire acondicionado, limpiaban todos los días, cama muy cómoda, con mucha luz, vistas súper agradables a la laguna. Daba paz.
Los empleados muy amables. Allí mismo te pueden ayudar con los tour. En nuestro caso incluso más económico que en otras agencias.
Desayuno completo.

Me gustó la comodidad de la cama y la cercanía a la Laguna donde podíamos ver los flamencos.

We booked the room with the flamingos view and it was amazing. Breakfast is abundant and good. When we have arrived, there was a lady who didn't speak so well English. We booked two tours the day after and she didn't manage to help. After his colleague has started the shift and he was so helpful, he solved the issue in 2 minutes. I am very sorry I forgot his name but I hope to always find a so helpful and client oriented receptionist as him. The tour to Los Tuneles booked through the hotel was the best tour we had in all Galapagos.

L'hotel, pur non essendo lussuoso, ha tutto il necessario: la stanza è di adeguata grandezza, i letti sono comodi, ci sono diversi scaffali dove disporre le proprie cose e anche il bagno, attesa dell'acqua calda a parte, fa il suo dovere. In più è ubicato in una posizione meravigliosa proprio di fronte alla laguna dei fenicotteri: si può fare colazione dall'apposita sala osservando i rosei pennuti che mangiano a loro volta. C'è una piccola piscina che è un valore aggiunto sempre gradito ed è possibile fare colazione dalle 6.30, orario compatibile con tutte le escursioni di Isabela. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, abbiamo fatto con loro tre diverse escursioni e ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Tutto i punti di Interesse di Puerto Villamil sono raggiungibili a piedi e intorno ci sono ristoranti, alimentari, affitta bici, agenzie, bar e la bella spiaggia locale per rigeneranti passeggiate. Al nostro arrivo con la lancia da Santa Cruz ci sono venuti a prendere al porto e ci hanno fatto trovare la stanza pronta nonostante fosse molto presto. Nota positiva finale i distributori d'acqua calda, temperatura ambiente e fredda, sparsi un po' ovunque nella struttura.

Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit bei jedem Anliegen. Ausstattung ist entsprechend der Hotels auf den Galapagos Inseln gut. Zimmer geräumig. Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht groß, reicht jedoch aus.

We had a great stay in La Laguna in Isabela. The location is lovely. Both our room and the breakfast area faced the flamingo lagoon so we could watch the flamingos directly over breakfast.
Breakfast was pretty decent as well.
The hotel organized the ferry ticket for us from Santa Cruz and even picked us up at the pier. All for just the price of the ferry ticket (30$ per person).
We also booked the Los Tuneles Tour with them and had a great time.

La habitación era grande y cómoda y con una vista hermosa a la laguna. El desayuno muy bueno y rápido.
Destacamos la atención de Emanuel que fue muy servicial.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y acogedoras y la cama es mún cómoda. El personal del hotel siempre dispuesto a ayudar y solucionar los problemas.

Todo estuvo perfecto en el Hotel La Laguna, muy buena ubicación, instalaciones cómodas y muy limpias y excelente el trato del personal!!! Siempre atentos a los requerimientos de los huéspedes

Very nice staff, helped us organize a tour to Tintoreras and ensure our transportation between Isabela and Santa Cruz. Evenetually we met one of they guys while walking to Wall of tears and he offered us ride to bring us closer (Very nice of him). A/C was good, room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, location is great next to laguna with flamingos and in walking distance to all interesting places. Pool is also great. Drinkable water available all day long.

Fijn hotel, grote kamer met een goed bed.

Large bed, comfortable room with A/C, seating area, modern bathroom. Our room had a balcony with comfy seats and a table, overlooking the laguna. Excellent breakfast served and also breakfast box available on request.

The location was very good — close to a beautiful beach, nice restaurants, the town centre, and other beaches within walking distance. Our room had a lovely view over a pond with flamingos, and it was beautifully decorated for our anniversary.

The staff were very friendly, communicative, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. They helped us organise tours, laundry service, bicycle rental, and also assisted with online payment without charging an extra card fee, which is often common in the country.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bed, air conditioning, and mosquito screens on the windows. Drinking water coolers were available in the corridors, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a small pool with a shower nearby.
