Pros:

L’emplacement est très avantageux pour se promener facilement à Londres, à pieds ou en métro selon l’endroit que l’on souhaite rejoindre. Les chambres sont belles et propres, le petit déjeuner est très bien également. Mention spécial au personnel, dont un jeune homme se nommant « Unni » ou « Unique » qui nous a aidé avec nos bagages dans le métro, alors qu’il n’était plus en service.

Cons:

Il ne dispose pas de plan de change pour bébés, c’est un peu embêtant si vous attendez votre chambre ou votre départ dans l’hôtel. À part ça, tout est vraiment bien.

Pros:

Considering that we paid extra for accommodation at The Level, I appreciate the possibility of using a separate entrance and reception, a pleasant sitting area with wine, coffee or beer and snacks. Everything is possible in the hotel club until 23:00, where delicious Spanish specialties are also served between 17:30 - 18:30. Breakfast was also great, including the possibility of ordering À la carte.

Cons:

We were placed in the smallest room on the 7th floor, which is marked as a higher standard of the hotel, which I regret. The accommodation did not have the promised 25 qm. I also do not understand the problem with issuing an invoice for accommodation, which was sent to me only after several emergencies, even though I requested it the day before departure.
