A Great Hotel
Pros:

Previously I have always stayed in a suite but travelling alone I stayed in a single room and was surprised by the great size. One of the best hotels I use.

Location, decor and facilities.

Cons:

Availability for food in evening, ordered breakfast bag to take away early morning and was not available as agreed early morning. Staff generally did not display the level of professionslism or level of service expected for the rating of the hotel.

Great options for breakfast
Need more then one toaster

With the level experience was looking forward to lunch /snacks but always seem to be cold meats breads olives and cheese .
We love tapas but just did not experience that .
Drinks great
Just be nice to have the spirts were the beer fridge s are so it’s clear you can use them .
Seem to be hidden round the corner .
Wine great choice .

Cons:

Our room air con was not great but rest of hotel fans were provided but not great we paid a lot of money for 2 night a nice cold room would have bin great .clean and tidy bed was amazing

The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of sweet and savory options, including a made to order omelet station. You could also order off the breakfast menu. There were plenty caffeinated beverages to choose from as well.

Cons:

It could be crowded and noisy. Our room had a celing tile malfunction. We had to move rooms and our new room was closer to the street and quite noisy.

It’s a delightful hotel!
Pros:

Loved the breakfast and nice gym!!! Plenty of room for a London hotel! The level was amazing to have the tapas and snacks!
