Deixam publicado a disposição de uma cafeteria com três cápsulas (pagadas pelo cliente). Ao ligar desde o bar falam que a exigência é 5 cápsulas. Quando respondi que a publicação impressa falava 3 a pessoa desligou o telefone. Posteriormente recebi a máquina com 3 cápsulas. Achei extremamente grosseiro o tratamento

Muito legal, entorno parece um filme de terror

Hotel muito legal ótima aparência e muito limpo

Cons:

Localização, checa se um pecado a área do entorno do hotel estar tão degradada e insegura, tinha literalmente fezes humanas nas calçadas próximas ao Hotel , meu amigos estrangeiros que estavam comigo ficaram horrorizados .

Tranquilidad y diseño en el centro de Rio de Janeiro.
Pros:

El desayuno es completo y de muchísima calidad. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer los puntos de interés del centro de Rio. Instalaciones impecables y arquitectura cuidada.

O vila galé tem um atendimento de recepção maravilhoso e o serviço de spa com a Ana foi de excelente qualidade técncica

Cons:

O serviço do restaurante e atendimento no quarto estava lento, assim como já não havia produtos a serem oferecifos pelos serviço de quarto, como vinhos e cerveja pois haviam acabado.

Отель находится в центре Рио, но центр Рио не всегда выглядит респектабельно ) Поначалу показалось, что район и отель не очень, но, когда входишь уже в отель, то внутри открывается красивый вид ) Некоторые парни с ресепшена были слишком суетливые и тревожные, но все равно старались ) До некоторых достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. У отеля есть ресторан, который работает с утра до вечера.

Eu verdadeiramente amei esse hotel. Imagine você entrar num prédio de época que remonta ao período do império, preservado, lindamente decorado e revitalizado. Entrar no túnel do tempo mas com as comodidades do tempo moderno.
O Café da manhã é esplêndido.

Do pouco tempo de estadia ( rs ) O Rio foi destino de passagem e fui atraída pelo custo que considerei excelente.
