Mattress needs replacing and carpet in lift absolutely smells of old oil, and needs replacing immediately.

Nice stay in Williamstown would probably not stay here again.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Nearby secure parking on the property. Heaps of dining options nearby as well as onsiye. Close to public transport.

Cons:

Aged facilities. Main door to room jammed. Toilet seat was falling off when we checked in. This was inadequately repaired after we reported it.

Adequate, met my needs for my trip.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to local cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Noise level coming from restaurant/bar , karaoke and music until late. Patrons need to be made aware of this on the booking website.

Terrible. Rowdy crowd, fights, police, ambulance

Good location right on waterfront

Very noisey. Restaurant very rowdy, people spilling onto street.
