The staff were pleasant and helpful but the room was stuffy with a terrible hot water system.

The position of the accommodation.

Cons:

The room was stuffy and the hot water system in the shower was terrible. It would go cold then boiling hot to nearly burning the skin. Very dangerous for young children who shower by themselves. Room 18.

Disappointed we will not recommend or stay there again when visiting family

The room was clean and the staff friendly

Cons:

The shower temperature was uncontrollable. Really dangerous if a child was showering could lead to scalding. The bathroom towels were almost thread bare in spots. The view from our room did not have the view the receptionist said we would have.

The mobility accessible room ( room 15) was well laid out with plenty of space

The room was a bit "tired" and needed painting also cracked glass in the balcony door hadn't been replaced. Furnishings could have done with a clean

Lovely waterside location. Perfect for cafes, walks and runs

The only improvement could be the coffee machine! Milk frother needs replacing. Everything else was great.
