Value for money. Good location. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Location. It is next to station and lots of food outlet. Nice breakfast and generally staff are friendly and helpful. English speaking staff are not many in the hotel. But they are all very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Traditional culture. Strict process. Reluctant to help to cancel restaurant booking as it may incur cancellation fee. Room may be available. But need to wait till 2 pm then queue to assign room.

Its bigger than we thought
Staff were really nice even we have lots of luggages therefore asked to borrow trolleys while we were moving things, they were all happy to help!

Very nice location
Pros:

Great location, very friendly and very helpful staff. You are just meters from the central station in Nagoya, near malls. It is in a safe area with a convenient store and ATM nearby. The hotel offers free toiletries and sleepers as well. This hotel had the largest hotel rooms we have seen in Japan city center hotels!

Cons:

The building has rooms facing different directions and some of them have amazing view to the central station and the rest of Nagoya or the city centet and the scyscrapoers. But there are many rooms facing just the back of another building with no view at all. The bathroom was definitely outdated, although clean but you could see some holes, a little traces of mold... The breakfast area seems also clean but outdated. The hotel has a very handy access to the underground shoping area and subway of the central station. It would be very helpful if you carry suitcases or a baby stroller. But if you are not familiar with the area and you just arrive, you can not find it, there are no signs in the labirynth subway. So my advice is follow the route on the street, not underground. It only takes 3 min and extra stairs or a lift.
