The facility was nice and clean
Pros:

Close to Tunjungan shopping mall and friendly staff.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, both the bed frame and mattress are in need of an update.
Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. It was fixed at 26°C and could not be adjusted, making the room uncomfortably warm with high humidity.

Good choice for a short visit
Pros:

Swimming pool was a decent size and refreshing. Easy walk to Tungunjan plaza. Lots of variety at breakfast even if we had no idea what most of it was. Quiet room with decent mattress. All in, good for a one night stay

Air con was pretty feeble so room was warm

We waren 11 dagen hier gebleven. Er is wel een incident maar snel werd het opgelost door het management

Alles schoon, heel vriendelijke personeels

Cons:

De shower is niet hard genoeg, misschien omdat wij op 17e verdieping waren. Zal ook geweldig zijn als er magnetron is waar we kunnen gebruiken, hoeft niet per kamer, per verdieping is ook al voldoende

Pros:

Breakfast was good. It is in the heart of Surabaya, easy access to anywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good resto with coffee and meals.

Cons:

Parking is limited, have to wait too long for valet. There are 3 escalators but only 2 works, long queue during breakfast and check out time. How come you have 20+ floors with only 3 escalators?
