Great location, although not on the beach it is extremely close to beach, however pool areas are fantastic.Just a short stroll to shops & restaurants & bars Staff from all departments were excellent. Loved the Spa, would recommend

A peaceful oasis.
Pros:

Lovely family run hotel with spacious traditional style rooms, beautiful gardens, several good pools and well located to Sanur restaurants and shopping. A peaceful oasis with staff who go out of their way to be obliging and friendly. Excellent value for money.

Quiet and large property.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast, spa staff excellent and most of the other staff very friendly and helpful, nice gardens. Liked the outdoor shower. Nice touch of staff in traditional Balinese clothes.

Cons:

Intermittent wifi had to be repaired twice during my 48 hour stay. The phone was not working well and totally broken when I needed it. No safe in the room. Unhelpful staff at checkout. Hard to navigate some oneven paths and stairs.

园林式的酒店，房间的空间很大。早餐的时候可以看到好多小动物。酒店周边购物、吃饭都很方便，到佩尼达岛的码头也挺近的。

Short walk to beach, affordable, loved the traditional style and super friendly staff.

Fantastic location, loved the spacious rooms with comfy beds and the 3 pools. A peaceful feeling as soon as you entered the property and the grounds were traditional and beautiful. They made the pancakes extra special with chocolate sauce happy faces and designs which my
Kids loved.

Cons:

Sometimes the padlock on the door was a bit hard to close and air con filters needing cleaning which I did. I let the staff know and they apologised and said they could have done it. I appreciated they had gluten free bread but it was quite dry.

Definitely would recommend this resort

I love there's 3 pools to choose from, always a sunbed available, rooms are huge and comfortable and plenty of restaurants close by. Fantastic place to stay

Onderkomen met goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding
Pros:

Na verplaatsing hadden we balkon met wijds uitzicht en ondergaande zon.

Cons:

Bij aankomst kregen we kamer toegewezen waarin de airco telkens na 20 minuten uitviel en handmatig weer moest worden gestart. Na klacht daarover de volgende morgen kregen we andere kamer met werkende airco.

Pros:

One of my best stays I've ever had. Took my 3 year old son for his first bali trip. Never been to sanur. The staff are incredible. Smiles all around. Feels like a small family run guest house but on size. 3 huge pools. Restaurant, kids playground. Staff were incredibly accommodating and we both felt completely at home. The grounds are incredibly beautiful and perfectly manicured. Only regret is not staying longer. We will be back for sure!
