The availability of water in the reception area, so I requested "no 2 small" bottles of water everyday. I stayed for 1 month, that would have been 60 plastic bottles
The segragated rubbish disposable.
Nothing major, just the corners in the Shower, I'm finiky like that, but it was very clean.
Alot of airfresheners in my room. I understand that it can musty there.

Breakfast was a great assortment of food and drink options - good Cappucino, 3 pool options and normally was quiet, the staff were incredibly helpful and resourceful. The rooms are large, bathrooms were roomy also. Poolside cocktails and food options kept me close to the resort many afternoons
Bed was hard and very luke warm shower. These negatives did not spoil my stay and were outdone by the special breakfast welcome I receieved each morning and the lovely pools to dip in

We will definitely be back. Some facilities need an upgrade, but over all we loved it. Most of the quests were our age , over 60ys who just wanted to relax in a quiet environment.
They still allow pool side chairs to be saved with a towel even though the occupant is not coming back for hours!
Loved the beautiful gardens and the pools.
A hand towel in bathroom wld be nice and more bikes. They did have some but wenever we went to hire they were out or broken. Other than that couldnt fault.
Overall, our experience at this accommodation was very good. It offers excellent value for money, with beautifully maintained, lush gardens that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast selection was varied and catered to a range of tastes, and the pools were lovely places to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
The location is excellent—very central to Sanur, with a direct pathway across the road leading to the beach, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants nearby.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the facilities had everything we needed, this property is better suited to those seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday. Most guests appeared to be around retirement age, so younger travellers looking for a more vibrant or social atmosphere may find it less appealing.
We loved our stay and would happily return for a relaxing getaway.
The up stair rooms did not have the lush out look of the garden

Beautiful gardens, friendly staff, large room and balcony, nice coffee, banana pancakes made to order, choice of pools, easy to get a pool lounge, a few cats which they vaccinate and take great care of -we loved watching them and the fact they were looked after.
Bathrooms need renovating, would be great to have Bircher muesli as a breakfast option. Beds are very firm so you may like to request a mattress topper.
