Personal de recepción excelente, de limpieza excelente, lo blanco es blanquísimo y eso dá mucha confianza, y el personal de restaurante excelente ; cuenta con estacionamiento propio y eso es un plus

I liked the ambiance. Quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

It did not have air conditioner. They provided a fan. It does get really hot and uncomfortable to sleep so you have to turn on the family which is really loud.

Tienen servicio de café y te, disponible todo el día y sus instalaciones son muy acogedoras

Cons:

Que cobren el estacionamiento, en la app dice gratis y 1 min después te envían un mensaje donde el cobre es de $150 adicional, aunque todos los hoteles lo cobran creo que es el más económico

La ubicación está caminando a más de 10 minutos del centro, contrario a lo que indican que son tres minutos. Me pidieron mi INE para sacarle copia pero en ningún momento me la regresaron. Deberé de reportarla por extravìo. Es una falta de las dos partes ya que cuando hice check out nunca me dijeron tenemos aquí su INE. ( Yo lo olvidé por completo). El trato en recepción es fría, como si estuvieran molestos. A pesar de que la página indica check out de 12 a 13
Me indicaron tajantemente que necesitaba salir de la habitación a más tardar a las 12:00. Volví a preguntar y tajantemente me repitieron que era a más doce. El desayuno para mi hijo no estaba incluido a pesar de que el pago de la habitación era para tres personas. Al entrar a la habitación encontramos una cucaracha adulta de tamaño grande... Caminando muy tranquila... El ruido de las habitaciones se escucha... Es una lastima. La habitación muy linda pero con la cuchara ahora la falta del INE me deja un sabor amargo en la boca.
