Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y conveniente. El hotel es muy bonito y los desayunos son deliciosos. En general, una experiencia muy agradable.

Cons:

El cobro del estacionamiento debería estar incluido entre los servicios que ofrece el hotel, en lugar de representar un costo adicional para los huéspedes. Y que las pantallas sean muy pequeñas

Pros:

It’s a beautiful state and very nicely kept, it has a parking that it’s very convent. However, it has an additional cost

Cons:

The location is far from the main charge and activities and at night it’s scary to go back to the hotel. I felt mislead by the location because it’s not easy to walk around. I also found very untrufull the statement of breakfast included when in reality the only think included was coffee and bread really opting the lack of transparency

Hotel mágico, estancia increíble
Pros:

Todo, es espacio donde esta la fuente y las mesas es hermoso, bien cuidado, iluminado maravillosamente, buena música en las noches. La habitación bien, la cama super cómoda.

Cons:

Esta más lejos del centro de lo que aparece en el anuncio y de subida, para nosotros estuvo bien pero vimos una pareja mayor que si batalló.
Las porciones del desayuno no son tan abundantes.

Un bonito hotel con patio dentro. Recomendable pedir una habitación que da al patio
Pros:

El interior del hotel es hermoso con patio. Al inicio nos asignaron una habitación que daba a la calle pero como yo había reservado una que daba al patio les pedí cambio y nos dieron una interior que daba al patio. Era una buena habitación.

Cons:

Tuvimos que pagar por nuestro desayuno ya que sólo entraba un desayuno sin incluir plato fuerte. Me parecía no muy atenta la chica de la recepción.

El desayuno , es un gancho para venderte más si no compras el personal ya no es más amable ,
El estacionamiento se cobra aparte , siendo que forma parte de las mismas instalaciones , tan simple como incluirlo un ponderado en el precios ,
En la recepción te venden cosas como refrescos , galleras etc . Los precios son exageradamente más altos que el estándar , más del doble , en fin le resta mucho a la experiencia en general

Nice, spacious and clean rooms
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable rooms. I liked the Mexican design of the rooms and hotel. Nice outside patio to have breakfast. The rooms are also very clean. Nice staff.

Spacious, clean and practical. We enjoyed our stay. The shower was hot. We liked that the sink was outside and the bathrooom and bedroom and room to store bags was so spacious. Above all the bathrooms and beds were very clean. They let us check in early too!
