My room was great - easy to access from the elevator and plenty of room for me. The breakfast was ok - eggs were a little overdone for my eggs benedict, buffet had plenty of choices. OJ was delicious
I wish that there were wash cloths in addition to the towels in the bathroom - I really missed those

Beautiful room and friendly staff easy to get around
Not hotels fault Google tried to take us up a steep old hill in the rain. I recommend from waverly station princes street exit, princes street to watrrloo, then to Carlton.

Good location, reception staff are lovely were able to provide a fan in the room upon request. Room was spacious
Cleanliness is not upto standard. Found a used towel in my bathroom upon check in. The toilet seat had a hair and the bedsheets did not look clean. Pillows are rock hard.

"J" rooms are only accessible via narrow, steep spiral staircase. Not easy with heavy luggage.
The location could not have been better! It’s on a relatively quiet street near the center of the downtown action.
The bed and pillows were quite firm. We got used to it, eventually. The bathroom sink was very small.
ubicacion perfecta. Nos movimos todos los dias a pie sin necesidad de utilizar transporte publico. la habitación, situada en la parte alta, estaba reformada y tenía todo lo necesario. No se oye ningun ruido. Muy limpia y aseada cada día. La ducha perfecta.
Personal atento. Tienes que saber que las habitaciones de arriba no tienen ascensor pero para nosotros no fue un problema.

It is far from the center and was not worth what I paid. My private bathroom was outside my room, so it was not convenient. I would not have booked it if I had realized that.
Wonderful hotel. Staff are amazing. Everything about it is great. I keep going back.
