We wouldn’t have minded the water flooding our first room if the staff had a better reaction.
Cons:

After checking in we went to our room and the floor was covered in water. It looked like the AC was leaking or something. The first woman we spoke to seemed inconvenienced by us wanting a different room because we had an event to get ready for. They were busy and I totally understand it was inconvenient for everyone. Staff tried to tell us it was just mopped and was not a problem without even seeing it. It was not mop water. We also had people knocking on the door and running away.

La habitación no tenía buena limpieza y en el hotel solo limpian los días jueves, no hay limpieza de habitaciuón todos los días.

Pros:

Everything but the barking dog that kept us awake.

Cons:

While people are gone maybe hotels should offer doggie daycare, they can even charge. Or maybe the owner should take their dogs to a daycare during the day when they leave to do things; as people do try to sleep. I do have dogs, I do care for dogs and I understand that the dog only barked when the owner was gone hence is why they need to take them when they go. I have 4 dogs 2 could very well "quietly " stay at a hotel. The other 2 would bark at every noise which is why I Do Not Take Them.
