Classic small town boutique hotel, newly renovated with a cocktail lounge & coffe bar.
Pros:

Cute, nicely renovated classic boutique hotel in downtown Gainesville. Close to UF campus and restaurants. The rooms have all been redone with new furniture, bathrooms & floors and they were clean. On site coffee bar & cocktail lounge whip was great! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again! Only thing about ALL the lodgings in Gainesville is that they raise the prices for big events: games, graduation, move-in wknds so book in advance if possible!

All around, excellent choice to stay.
Pros:

The property is located in the heart of the crowd of the University! Easy parking, and walking distance to all festivities, parks, clubs, bars, and restaurants! The value was WELL worth the price and then some! They do have an ice machine and a coffee/bar in the lobby!

Cons:

The little Refrigerator… you can fit 4 cans of soda in it. I Brought a cooler, thankfully. No microwave for midnight cravings.

Pros:

Cute , modern redo, great location, awesome hot shower, comfy bed... All the employees very helpful and nice.

Cons:

Not that I didn't like, but a dorm size fridge would be a nice addition.

Cons:

Could have used an extra pillow. I did like the small random pillows and used them. With all my pain, could have used a 3rd full pillow, but you guys did your job by including the smaller random pillows. I’ll ask for an extra next time

Overall, a good place for the money. Quiet and clean.
Pros:

The price was good, it was quiet, and it was clean. The provided robe was nice, and the towels were big and fluffy. The front desk young woman when we checked in was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The little fridge in the room didn't work, and it was very tiny anyway. There was no microwave or hair dryer. The emails ahead of time made it seem as if there would be no one there to help check in, and I don't like or book air bnbs for that reason. Had too many negative experiences with problems with getting codes for entry, etc. , so I was worried I somehow got an air bnb by mistake. Make it clear that this is a hotel with front desk checking available.

Location was good, it was clean.

Cons:

No frig or Micro wave. No shelf in the shower. The AC unit is way to loud and not sufficient cooling.

Pros:

What a gem! Newly renovated and super cute decor! Comfortable bed, absorbent towels and newly opened coffee and cocktail bar with funky and fresh furniture. Spent some time in their patio/outdoor area. We were in town for the Gatornationals and it was the perfect location.
