Florida gator fan from tn.
Pros:

Location location location....It was on the same street as the stadium. Staff and room was A+++

Cons:

Needed a microwave and refridgerator...Price was a little steep but understandable bc its minutes from the stadium

Location, Location, Location. This was the Old Gator Lodge that they completely redid. Perfect location for football games and at a price point that doesn't break the bank.

Awesome place to stay in Gainesville!
Pros:

Great boutique motel in downtown area close to the college. Nicely remodeled rooms. Excellent coffee bar on site. Staff are friendly, helpful & accommodating. Great value.

Cons:

The area around the motel is in a little rougher section of town & it would be nice if you had someone for security at night.

Comfortable, affordable stay for overnight trips to Gainesville!
Pros:

Cute, boutique hotel in the downtown area close to the college. Excellent coffee on-site w a bar is very convenient. The staff are super friendly, very welcoming & add personal touches that make your stay memorable (thanks Kristi & Gabe!). Beds are comfortable & our rooms were clean.

Pros:

Cute little boutique motel with outdoor seating that looks to be the old swimming pool area. Very nice coffee shop attached.

Cons:

The AC was a bit noisy.

We loved the hotel just not the occupants
