It serves a purpose and 'is what it is'. A budget option near the airport.
Pros:

The location meant a cheap taxi ride to the airport the next day. There is a bus stop nearby for KIngs Street restaurants.

Cons:

I am not a big fan of the step up shower /toilet cubicle. Soundproofing of the room isn't good, but luckily no 'honeymooners' next door! There is NOTHING nearby except KFC and MacDonalds.

Overall, the hotel was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay.
The only suggestion I would make is regarding the bathroom. While it was generally clean, the grout lines between the wall tiles have some mould that has built up over time. Using a small scrubbing brush with an appropriate cleaner would make a noticeable difference and leave the bathroom looking even better.
Additionally, some sections of the silicone sealant have mould stains. Replacing the affected silicone would greatly improve the overall appearance and give the bathroom a fresher, cleaner finish.
Apart from this minor maintenance issue, everything else was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Tired, needing money spent. Noisy. My room was disturbed two nights out of five by loud people.

Would not stay wouldn’t even class it as a 1 star.
Pros:

There was nothing to like about the property.

Cons:

The stench of sewerage when we got out the car was pretty bad. There was no lift to go up to the 3rd floor. The room where do I start the hand basin to wash your hands was out in the bed area next to the window the shower toilet combo disgusting ground in dirt in the shower. Was cheap and looked very cheap and then got charged $10 to park there. We didn’t stay it was really bad not long after checking we checked out and found another place to stay.
