McDonald’s and KFC option by just “crossing the street”
I would like to raise a formal complaint with the IBIS network and the health department. Despite the cleanness and needs of maintenance in the room. The air conditioner machine did not stop working all night through, not just cold air in the room but dusk or whatever the residual was coming off. As a result, it was impossible to sleep and every two hours we felt the need of exiting the room because the airways blockage. A situation that could potentially result in death if a person suffers from any respiratory illness. Please send me the formal template for the IBIS hotel network. I would like to attach it to my denounce in the health department.
The price was good value. Bathroom was a good size
There is no direct access off the Princes Highway to the front of the Motel. Information given at the time of booking needs to state access is further along near the McDonalds Restaurant & that the car parking area is behind the Motel.
Bed was comfortable, and ground floor for easy access.
the shower & toilet space is small, there were no towels supplied in the room, and milk was limited.
Good location and great value for what it is.
It’s run down and very basic facilities, but you get what you pay for.
