Staff great. Price great. Room was not clean. Sticky soda or something on the walls.
Cleanliness
The only redeeming feature of this 'hotel' is its proximity to Olympic Park. I would have been more comfortable pitching a tent in the car park
'Budget' means basic. It isn’t a license to abandon hygiene and guest experience. The property is old and run down, but that is no excuse for filth. The carpets are a literal biohazard, radiating an odour that suggests a parallel ecosystem is thriving in the fibres.
I’ve stayed in rough, remote, and highly questionable campsites, so I am no princess. Yet, lying directly on the bed wasn't an option, I had to use my own sleeping bag. There were no blankets provided anyway. It doesn't get more 'budget' than that, this establishment is a absolute embarrassment to the Accor brand.
Asked to use the stairs when there were issues with the lift but was given a flat NO.

Mucus marks over curtain and shower. Disgusting.
Stained sheets and doonas. Walls dirty with drinks splattered on walls. All door handles and switches were sticky. Fridge dirty. Stained sticky carpet. Very disappointed.

It is very dated and needs work. A very tired presentation It is what it is.. small rooms and matches its budget reputation.

I was there a couple of years ago when everything was newer and cleaner. The shower has mouldy silicone this time, the walls were really scuffed and grubby. There was Korean (?) pencil writing on the wall near the coat rack that could’ve been cleaned off with a white scrubber pad. The desk and bedside surfaces were sticky. I also had to clean the toilet seat. It really needed a deep clean.
