The location.the best i like the nice dealing with me from reception once i checkin .. They were sp helpful ,kind and ci-operative.Especilly Görkem and Ali.threy were so great and nice.i was lucky also that the managrer was there.she was so nice with us.i will always stay in this hotel.they renewed it.its so clean.All staff are nice.Housekeeping is also polite and helpful.

Confortable and excellent location
Pros:

Very good location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Finding the hotel with car/navigation was a little complicated but with the help of the staff this was solved very quickly.

Freundliches Personal.
Sauberes Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Die Lage ist sehr gut;das Stadtzentrum ist in naechster Naehe.
Viele Cafes und Restaurants in naechster Naehe.

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr eng,besonders der Platz mit dem Waschbecken ausserhalb der Dusche.
Nachts kam von draussen viel Laerm,auch noch zu spaeter Stunde,um 3.30.
Die zentrale Belüftung macht zu viel Laerm.
Wegen der Enge des Zimmers gibt es keine Kofferablage;man muss den Koffer auf das Bett legen und dort öffnen.
E gab nur eien Stuhl;wir waren zu zweit.
Ein Sessel waere angenehm.

Hotel confortável e atualizado, no centro da cidade e com vista para o rio, indicado para explorar a cidade a pé.

A localização é a comida de do quarto. Os funcionários eram muito prestáveis e simpáticos.
