Restaurant was amazing. Perfect for a short trip

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortably warm during our stay. The staff member who checked us in was very helpful, considerate, and understanding. We truly appreciated their effort to ensure that we were able to get enough rest, especially since we were only staying for one night.

However, I believe a thorough room inspection before guests arrive would be important to ensure that everything is functioning properly and that the room is comfortable and suitable for the value and purpose of the stay. This would help prevent situations like this and provide guests with the quality experience they expect.

Beds are comfortable, location is great but for the price there are nicer hotels in the area.
Pros:

Great location. Staff were friendly and check in was quick. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Elevators very small and very slow. Carpets dark and dingy. Hallways are narrow, walls are pretty scuffed up. The rooms feel very small. The hotel really needs refreshing.

The hotel is located next to a highway, and the air-conditioning unit is also extremely noisy, even when I turn off the fan setting. I booked this hotel because I wanted a quiet night’s sleep so that I could be well-rested and alert for work the next morning. Unfortunately, I ended up being unable to sleep because of the noise.
