Pros:

Very convenient location. Welcoming staff. A welcoming glass of sparkling wine at the reception. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast.  Everything matched our expectations.

Cons:

There is a small cafe next door and people were enjoying themselves until early in the morning. So we had to keep the window closed not to hear them (actually, when closed, you do not hear anything, so that was not a big problem).

Pros:

Super hotel w centrum starego Gdańska. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Bardzo miła i troskliwa obsługa na recepcji - witająca gości lampką szampana. Nie ma problemu z wnoszeniem bagażu na piętra - bo w hotelu jest winda. Śniadania bardzo różnorodne i obfite.

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Wir waren für 3 Nächte da & wurden schon sehr herzlich mit einem Glas Prosecco empfangen. Das gesamte Team ist sehr jung, engagiert & sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß & gut ausgestattet, sogar kostenfreie Wasserflaschen waren im Zimmerkühlschrank.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral in der Rechtstadt, mit vielen fußläufig erreichbaren Sehenswürdigkeiten & zahlreichen Restaurants in der Umgebung . Zu empfehlen ist in der Zeit vom 29.06.-31.08. einen Parkplatz im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus online zu reservieren ( wir standen im Parkhaus Interparking Wyspa ), da die Parkplätze um das Hotel herum Einheimischen vorbehalten sind. Fazit: tolles Hotel mit einem phantastischen Frühstücksbüfett in perfekter Lage! Klare Empfehlung!

Bardzo miły hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, świetne śniadania, miła obsługa, czystość bez zarzutu.

Cons:

Niestety brak klimatyzacji, czego nie dostrzegłem przy rezerwacji, a otwarcie okien to wystawienie się na hałas od 6 rano, uliczka jest wprawdzie cicha, ale sprzątanie rozpoczyna się o brzasku. Konieczne stopery (mogłyby być na wyposażeniu).

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.
Sehr ursprünglich eingerichtet.
Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Die Treppe zum Hotel ist nicht sehr praktisch wenn man Koffer schleppen muss.
Es war recht laut da in der Nähe ein Lokal ist.

Прекрасная локация, внимательный персонал и очень вкусная кухня
Pros:

Расположен в старом городе, очень близко к набережной и к основным улицам старого города. Расположение прекрасное. И даже до жд вокзала можно очень медленным шагом дойти за 12-15 минут. Рядом есть и аптеки и небольшие продуктовые магазинчики. Много кафе и ресторанов.

Cons:

Нет ни одного минуса. Все рядом и в то же время очень тихая улица.

Instalaciones muy rancias y antiguas, la habitación era un horno, solo tenía un ventilador para airear y marcaba 29° cuando llegué a las 12 de la noche!!i un horno vaya)))...la TV debiste tener 40 años, no se pia, pero, aunque la bienvenida una amable chica me ofreció un proseco, el resto del personal fueron muy secos, incluso para los bajos standars de simpatía que tienen los polacos en general, especialmente antipática y falta de profesionalidad fue la chica de recepción del 2° día, que insistía en que no había habitación con aa disponible cuando le estaba mostrando que si la había en esta página, podría haberla reservado y entonces ya teníamos un problema, pero ante su poca empatía y su falta de profesionalidad decidi buscar otra opción de alojamiento, una pena que personas que trabajan en el sector demuestren esa falta de empatía con sus clientes, de los que en definitiva viven, no, no recomiendo el hotel, hay opciones mejores y con mejor personal y mejores instalaciones
