Super Lage, nettes Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Wir wurden sehr nett und zuvorkommend an der Rezeption in Empfang genommen.
Der Pool im Haus ist prima. Hier fand ich gut, dass man Handtücher erhalten hat und alles sauber gehalten wurde.

Cons:

Das Bad war ein wenig eng und es gab kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten für eigene Kosmetik.

Pros:

The location was very good, this hotel were historical building , very good spa in side and health treatment, it is very good to people looking for Recreation , reception was helpful

Cons:

There are no Bidet in bathroom
There are no A/C in rooms (some days in summer are hot )

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, was man vom Personal im SPA- Bereich nicht sagen kann, schnippisch und im Befehlston wurden wir darauf hingewiesen dass der SPA- Bereich nicht zum Hotel gehört. Das Hotel erinnert an Kaisers Zeiten, ein überdimensionierter Bau, was aber nicht stört. Das Frühstück entspricht einem 3- Sterne Haus. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem, welches aber vom Hotemanager zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit umgrhend gelöst wurde.👍👍👍
