Shuttle bus transfers to and from Zurich International Airport are available every 30 minutes from 6:30 to 23:00. Please approach Check-in Allways desks in both airport terminals for arrangements. Anbindung an den Tram , Parkmöglichkeit im Hotel

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat es mal mehr oder weniger nach Abwasserkanal gerochen. Zuviel Technik, man kann das Licht in der Nacht mal nicht mehr ausschalten. Keine Möglichkeit zu Lüften.
Das Frühstückbuffet ist mittelmässig in Vergleich zur gleichen Preisklasse anderer Hotel in diesem Bezirk. Abendessen im Hotel, entäuschend

Need to do something with the drain system at the bathroom
Pros:

The design, the kindness and constant smiles of the staff, the cleanliness, the location are all good. The breakfast is varied, and the chef who makes the omelette is particularly nice.

Cons:

Extreme slow check in process. You can't pay, only pre-authorize, which requires you to have your physical card with you. It's not enough to do it digitally on your phone.
The elevator is a joke. If you want to go down to the garage, you need your card (you can't leave it in your partner's room), you have to get out on the ground floor and start it again with the card to get to the parking lot.
There is no button inside in case you pressed something wrong. I understand that it's about security, modernization, and automation, but this is more than annoying.
But the worst thing is the design of the bathroom drain in the rooms. If the toilet above you is flushed, it will suck the water out of your trap and your room will stink in a matter of minutes.
The fact that you can't open the windows at all and let in some fresh Zurich air is really nonsense.
It's a perfect example of when either the house wasn't originally designed as a hotel or the designer is a very good professional who has just never lived in a hotel.
