Shuttle bus transfers to and from Zurich International Airport are available every 30 minutes from 6:30 to 23:00. Please approach Check-in Allways desks in both airport terminals for arrangements. Or you can take tram line 10 from the airport, direction Zürich Bahnhofsplatz, to the Glattpark stop.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Need to do something with the drain system at the bathroom
Pros:

The design, the kindness and constant smiles of the staff, the cleanliness, the location are all good. The breakfast is varied, and the chef who makes the omelette is particularly nice.

Cons:

Extreme slow check in process. You can't pay, only pre-authorize, which requires you to have your physical card with you. It's not enough to do it digitally on your phone.
The elevator is a joke. If you want to go down to the garage, you need your card (you can't leave it in your partner's room), you have to get out on the ground floor and start it again with the card to get to the parking lot.
There is no button inside in case you pressed something wrong. I understand that it's about security, modernization, and automation, but this is more than annoying.
But the worst thing is the design of the bathroom drain in the rooms. If the toilet above you is flushed, it will suck the water out of your trap and your room will stink in a matter of minutes.
The fact that you can't open the windows at all and let in some fresh Zurich air is really nonsense.
It's a perfect example of when either the house wasn't originally designed as a hotel or the designer is a very good professional who has just never lived in a hotel.

Das Hotel der Zimmer ist alles wunderschön gewesen

Cons:

Dass man ein Depot von 100 Fr. zahlen muss und ein Hund für eine Nacht 100 Fr. nehmen. Das ist übertrieben.

Hotel mit STAR-Qualitäten
Pros:

Das Hotel wartet überall mit architektonischen Überraschungen auf. Die "Star-Fotowand" im Eingangsbereich ist aussagekräftig und zeigt in welcher Kategorie sich das Hotel positioniert. Die Zimmerausstattung ist toll und richtig speziell gestaltet. Das grosse Badezimmer mit seinen halbverspiegelten Dusch- und Toilettenwänden sowie die freistehende Badewanne (vielen Dank für das Zimmerupgrade) sind einzigartig. Diese grossen Spiegel- und Glasflächen so perfekt sauber an den neuen Gast zu übergeben ist ein riesiges Kompliment an den Reinigungsservice wert!
Da ich an diesem Tag meinen Geburtstag feierte, habe ich ein schönes Schokoladengeschenk erhalten - auch dafür herzlichen Dank an das aufmerksame Personal.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und umfangreich. (leider war das Restaurant im Haus aber für ein Abendessen nicht offen).

Cons:

Restaurant für Abendessen geschlossen.
Parkplätze im Haus sollten für Hotelgäste kostengünstiger sein. Grösse der Parkfelder und direkter Zugang mit Lift in die Lobby sind allerdings sehr angenehm und schön gestaltet.

Die Zimmer sind enorm gross und super eingerichtet. Das Bett ist extrem gemütlich das macht den Aufenthalt noch schöner.

Cons:

Mir gefallen die TV`s nicht beim Kameha, kein Yt oder Netflix möglich
