The room was very clean
Next to the river
The bed was very uncomfortable
The rooms and facilities were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Breakfast had a wide variety and fresh.
Beds weren't exactly that comfortable and we're a bit too stiff for my preference.
Location and the views from the balcony. Loved watching the ducks and geese.
Every thing was great.
Had very good and comfortable beds and rooms very clean. Love the balcony over the creek with ducks, geese, and cranes. Very peaceful. I'm impressed with the fact that the staff sweeps down the walls outside and on balcony of cobwebs and dirt. Takes the extra effort to keep the hotel very presentable. Good breakfast. Price is reasonable considering the way things are right now.
Was given a room on the 5th floor which, would probably would be ok for some but, I rather be on 2nd or 3rd floor. Closer to the ground to enjoy the creek and animals and feel more in nature. I ask for another room on those floors and the staff was nice enough to accommodate me. Other than that, there wasn't anything else that I didn't like.
Loved the location
Nothing
Staff, Room, Breakfast, - everything was wonderful. Looing forward to coming back soon.
Breakfast was a little crowded -- butl liveable. Our view was wonderful. Great time.
Being on the creek and location.
So very clean. They were always wiping things down including cobwebs from outside buildings. Staff was ALWAYS friendly, pleasant and helpful.
Absolutely no complaints.
Location, very quiet
Nothing
This was our third stay at Twin mountain Inn & suites. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The entire facility is top notch. We like the fact that the hotel is off the parkway on river road in a quiet location.
There is nothing we didn't like about the Hotel.
The staff were very good and the balcony was beautiful and the wild birds were assume!!! We will be back soon.
Friendly clean and the view was amazing

everything was good
The Room - Over all the room was absolutely the best part of our stay. It was because of the view of the river. The room was very clean, and it had a lot of room.
Nothing, the hotel was clean and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and stress free. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
