Large room, hot breakfast, was pet friendly even though I did not bring my dog. Off the main parkway so much quieter.

Nice place. Big screwup. Owning up to an honest mistake helps to right the wrong much easier.

Cons:

They gave us a room key to a handicap accessible room and then called three hours later and told us we were in wrong room and we had to switch early the next morning to a room upstairs. They never offered an apology and almost made it seem like we were at fault, when we were only going by the room # on the keycard they gave us. Very inconvenient to have to pack everything up and load it in our car until the new room could be cleaned and essentially unpack all over again. An "I'm sorry" would have gone a long way, not to mention maybe a discount on the one night's stay or even a meal voucher. The front desk clerk was very kind about it, but management could have handled things better for sure.
