Excellent!! We plan on visiting Pigeon Forge again at some point and now we know where to stay!!
Pros:

Loved the room. His/her sinks were a major plus! Also, the fact that each room had a private balcony was great. We've never stayed in a hotel like that before! The fireplace was also nice, although it was too warm to use it. If it were winter that would have been a great feature. All of these features make the room feel like home!! The location along the river was also very peaceful and relaxing! The pool was also great! We had the complementary breakfast 4 of the 5 mornings of our stay and it was top notch each time!

Cons:

Nothing really negative to say. If i had to say anything, the air conditioner in the room worked fine but it only really felt cool while it was running. As soon as it cycled off, the room felt stuffy and warmer and you had to wait for it to come on again to feel relief. I don't know if there was a different setting on it that I didn't realize that could have fixed this issue or not. Either way, it was a very minor inconvenience in an otherwise top notch stay!!

Pros:

Location was off the road so very quiet and relaxing.
Parking was free.
Free breakfast with all the basics. Food was good quality, fresh and well prepared and tasty. The room was large with a sofa and fireplace and balcony overlooking a creek with ducks and geese.

Cons:

There is nothing we didn’t like. Would definitely stay there again if in the Pigeon Forge area.

Good location, friendly staff nice quiet getaway
Pros:

Property was clean. Staff was friendly. I even opened the pool since it was hot. The location is near a lot of restaurants and walking distance to a lot of stuff to do. I accidentally scheduled during the car show week but thank God we were close enough to where we didn’t have to get out and drive all the time.

I’d book here again!
Pros:

The property was absolutely wonderful and the location was perfect. The king suite with balcony and view of the river was comfortable, very large and very quiet. I’m so glad we visited just before busy season. The price was perfect and not crowded. Definitely more adult oriented than some neighboring hotels with major attractions for kids. Our air conditioner worked very well!
We needed an additional chair without arms in our room and staff brought it right up to us. Extremely friendly!

Cons:

The hot breakfast wasn’t our favorite. The sausage was extremely spicy and the rest of the hot food was very bland. Their cold items such as yogurt, cereal, juices and fruit was great.
The couch in our room wasn’t very comfortable but we made due just fine.
