We had a wonderful stay like we do everytime. We love this facility!!
Pros:

We like everything about this hotel. We have stayed several times and are never disappointed. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. The facility is spotless and comfortable.

I worked for Hilton corp is the head maintenance engineer for 18 hotels in three different states for almost 12 years and I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the room the layout comfort of the beds the room size the view was exceptional with a small balcony, and the breakfast was extremely good too. would most definitely stay again when visiting pigeon Forge.

The size of the room, the view and the comfort AC was extremely cold and very comfortable

Pros:

Where it’s off the grand strand of things, it’s peaceful, we enjoyed it so much the first time we just want to keep coming here.
Everything is clean and the attendants are very friendly .

Cons:

I love that the balcony is on the river.. so relaxing . And we enjoy the ducks.

Great central location to everything and well managed hotel.
Pros:

Loved going out onto the balcony to see the creek and the ducks in the water. It was very calming to just sit out there at sunset.

Cons:

Parking was a bit crowded, but manageable.

Great all around!
Pros:

Our normal experience is at branded properties, but we are so glad we tried this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, but off the main strip so the hotel is quiet inside and out. The hotel is literally a short walk to Dolly Parton's Stampede. It was so peaceful sitting on the deck overlooking the river or rocking in the chair pool/river side. The main thing we took note of was the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel - breakfast and pool area and especially the room. The room smelled and was very clean and tidy. The room was large and spacious providing two sinks, large tub and fireplace (which would be nice other than in the summer). We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel proved to be a great value, experience and stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value
Pros:

I was surprised at the size of the rooms with a balcony that has a view of the river. The interior is open with a fireplace, work station, granite counters, couch with a sitting area and very clean. The cost of the room was excellent for the overall quality and the complementary breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful anniversary stay!!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is good. My favorite thing about staying here is listening to the river while sitting on the balcony behind the property.

Cons:

This was not a big deal to me, but the water pressure while taking a shower was not as high as it use to be.
