房間有點潮濕 廁所有味道 到了入住時間居然還要等打掃 不能接受 我都已經下午快5點到了 然後約下午5:30才拿到房間 我沒辦法接受

Pros:

The hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of most attractions. Very friendly staff and not too noisy. Can't comment on breakfast as we had to leave early the next morning.

Excellent location, quaint boutique hotel.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and very happy to help in any way we needed - from carrying our luggage up to our room, to recommendations on tours and spas. They arranged our transport to airport when we departed. Breakfast was cooked to order from a menu, and a small buffet was also available. Location was excellent - on the edge of the Old Quarter and around the corner from Beer street and walkable to the Lake, restaurants and bars, and local shopping. The owner is always there, ready for a chat and constantly checking all is well, you feel well-looked after.

Cons:

No elevator to 6th floor, so if you have mobility issues, book levels 1-5. The hotel could do with a bit of maintenance, it's a little run down but clean and tidy.

Emplacement idéal, grandes chambres au calme malgré l'animation environnante trépidante. Très bon petit déjeuner. Avec un accueil par Peter toujours de bonne humeur et qui répond à tous vos besoins (garderie de bagages, carte sim, taxi aéroport, .possibilitéde douche avant départ même tard le soir.....)

Value for money
Pros:

Property is very close to main road (20 metres). Very close to restaurant and all happening places. The owner of the property is a nice person. Only draw back is car can't come in to this street. Apart from that everything is nice. Definitely I will come back again.
