Great customer service! Good food
Pros:

Best hotel in Penang during working trip. Specially like the food! Specially cooked by the chef, Mr Murali. Bedding is superb! Cleanliness is 👍

Perfect stay and amazing hotel in Penang
Pros:

Great Location. Within walking distance to eateries, shopping mall. As you walk in to the hotel, the atmosphere feels welcoming. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are clean and valued for money. Hotel is clean. Swimming pool is located at Level 3. Noice level is good. Can't hear any noise from roadside.
Breakfast variety was amazing. They served Penang Fried kueh Teow, Apom, Tosai, Noodle station, Dim Sum, Sushi besides the normal food. Breakfast is 10/10. Executive Chef is very friendly. Bellmen is helpful and courteous. We spend 3 nights there and my girls enjoyed our stay. Hazel DOS is very helpful, shared us ideas where to go for sightseeing and good food. She's an amazing lady. Mr Raj, GM was an excellent person. I can see & feel everyone there served with their heart.

very convinience location and nice room
Pros:

Only few local food choices available for breakfast. Non-smoking room is good but Smoking room is not suitable for non-smokers as it is too smelly even sprayed with air-freshner
