sehr freundliches Personal
Tolle Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr einfach zu erreichen
Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig
Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Im Badezimmer fehlt ein eigener Mülleimer, dieser ist nur im Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Ansonsten aber alles Bestens!

位置佳，鄰近中央火車站，有地鐵和tram，因為tram站非常近且班次多，出門基本都靠tram解決。
大廳有飲水機，可接水，包括氣泡水。
早餐佳，好吃。
房間算寬敞，設備齊全。有電梯。
一位黑髮男性前台，蠻有禮貌，對問題都提供及時且溫暖的回復。

Cons:

我們訂3人房，備品只有2份，反應後，一位女receptionist，沒有歉意，讓我們自己拿上房間，自己鋪床。
房間沒有電話，想要聯絡前台，須自行下樓。

Die Erwartungen in das Hotel wurde erfüllt. Hab schon in anderen Städten ebenfalls in Leonardo-Hotel
Pros:

Frühstück ab 06:30 Uhr finde ich als Geschäftsreisender ideal!

Cons:

Für einen Aufenthalt mit einer 2. Person im Doppelzimmer hätte der vorhandene Stauraum (Schränke) keinesfalls ausgereicht. Schon gar nicht bei mehr als 3 Übernachtungen
