Pros:

Hotel is clean and location is excellent (very close to the main railway station.) Staff (esp the younger ones) are very friendly and helpful. To encourage sustainability, if you choose not to have housekeeping clean your room, they will give you drink paper vouchers - this should be electronic and automatic so that we don’t have to keep going the reception to ask.

Cons:

Wifi connection is fine, but the network connectivity is bad. Very often, I have to switch to my mobile data in order to connect to some overseas sites. There is also NO gym. While I enjoy the breakfast, a short stay (e.g. 2-3 days) would be fine but you will soon get bored with the same food if you stay longer. The shower has no door and the floor can get pretty wet after use. Some form of door would be great. Lastly, more power sockets in the room would have been better, e.g. on either side of the bed.

Pros:

기차로 들어갔다 나가는 도시라서 중앙역 근처로 선택했는데 링슈트라세에서 D번 트램타고 중앙역 내리면 가까워서 좋았습니다. 조식 포함된 가격이 부담없어서 고마웠고 물도 1층에서 자유롭게 이용가능했고 방도 깔끔하고 에어컨도 좋았구요.

Cons:

아무래도 관광지까지는 멀어서 벌베데레궁까지는 걸어갔는데 이후에는 hop on hop off버스나 교통권으로 트램 잘 이용하셔야하구요 쇤부른궁은 U1에서 U4로 갈아타면 되구요. 여름이라 야경보려니 너무 늦어서 호텔 들어왔다 나가는게 번거롭긴했지만 에어컨과 가격이 모든걸 상쇄했어요. 샤워실 문이야 청소하시는 분이 힘들겠죠ㅜ 수건 받쳐놓고 물 너무 안튀게하려고 했습니다.

Lovely hotel great access to everything
Pros:

A lovely hotel, very clean and really near the train station so great access to everything. Lovely staff - I stupidly left my kindle in my room and the staff (esp Christian) have been really helpful in facilitating it’s return!!

It was an amazing stay.
Pros:

Location was amazing. So close to main Vienna station. Close by you can find very good food. Facility is new and very clean. Staff is welcoming and always have a smile .

Breakfast is good and we enjoyed thoroughly.

Cons:

There is no door for shower area. 🫣

Nice city hotel.
Pros:

I booked the wrong location as didn’t realise there was more than one Leonardo, so it was further away from the train than I expected.
However, the staff were friendly and welcoming and let us check in early.
The room was nice and I was impressed to be offered umbrellas and to be remembered the following day.
Checking in and out was quick and easy and I liked the bar area.

Cons:

The beds were very narrow.

Tries to be good, but staff were novices.
Pros:

Room was nice and complete (though the bathroom is an open design and offers minimal privacy)

Cons:

The hotel has everything it needs to get it right... but it doesn't. Breakfast was out of cutlery several times. We were rudely awakened on the last day to get us to check out 3 hours early, and when we opted to ecologically skip cleaning they still cleaned the room (but did not restock the tea/coffee).
