Good location, staff were friendly, I really enjoyed the breakfast each day.
Bed was ok but not the most comfortable. Shower water pressure was not good.
Friendly staff, great location.
Bed was too small, my feet hang out the end - Im 6ft. Breakfast was about 5/10.
Atendimento excelente.
Chuveiro 🚿
Excellent staff, comfortable bed, super effective Aircondition
While showering, water was coming out from the cabin and entering the bedroom area. The breakfast quality was basic (no variety of bread, overcooked scrabbled eggs …)
La localisation, c'était propre et calme, la réactivité du personnel suite à un problème de climatisation
Le problème de climatisation qui n'était pas de leur fait, mais d'une coupure générale

Personnel très à l’écoute.
Un peu cher pour la taille de la chambre.
The hotel is very clean. It's close to historical places and you can easily walk. The staff was also very helpful. Especially Sebastian who works at reception did a great job and helped us to get organized.
nothing
Ottima posizione e buona la colazione in relazione alle mie esigenze
Mancanza del bidet nel bagno, che da italiana do per scontatp che ci sia. La prossima volta me ne accerterò
Location was great and it was clean and refurbished inside

Location, friendly staff.
There was an electric outage that lasted all afternoon, and while this problem appeared to be out of their control, the solution could have been in their control. It’s time to invest in a back up generator, rooms are on the 6th floor with very narrow circular stairs (I had four bags), and the humidity and temperature outside were very high. I spent my morning at the colosseum and Vatican City climbing the basilica’s dome, this was my only full day in Rome, I wanted to come back to my room, rest, shower, nap and then explore the city at night. I couldn’t do that anymore because I couldn’t rest, almost every reason I booked this hotel for disappeared in an instant. Travelers choose their stay very specifically to how they plan each day, especially those of us with limited days in each city.
Location is excellent, near Termini station and so close to the Colosseum. We arrived 2 hours earlier than the check-in time and were given the key to our room, which enabled us to start sightseeing straight away. Breakfast was nice, with plain yogurt and eggs (and many more to choose from).
We had issues with the air-conditioning and unfortunately we didn’t report it till the last night. It could not be fixed straight away, so we were given a fan, which was helpful.
Location was superb, and walkable to most touristy sites as well as had great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was nice as well and tried to be very accommodating with our requests. The only downfall was that our AC was not working adequately, and the room was hot during the day as well as the nighttime, and though they gave us a fan and tried to install a portable ac unit, at the end, nothing helped and we were told that Americans like it really cold in their rooms ( even though we had 2 rooms, and one of them had a perfectly decent AC). We did receive a 50 euro credit, however, as a recommendation to the hotel, I would tell them that the only time we actually used our room was at night ( during the day we were out and about), and if the accommodation is not comfortable for your guests, maybe a room change could have been a option. July heat in Rome is very uncomfortable without an ac…..
