This is our second time here and it’s only day 1 but we knew we were right to return!! What a fabulous hotel this is, food, drink, atmosphere, service is all tremendous! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will be booking for next year! ❤️

I personally wouldn’t go to the hotel again. I have an profoundly
autistic son. They mixed up our room when we arrived at 2 am in the morning and put us 2 story’s up when he uses a wheelchair. I being pregnant and having small children was unable to get up and down the stairs with the buggy (not buggy or wheelchair friendly. Wheelchair users have to wait for someone to help them.

We have a young family, I believe this hotel is aimed at 20-30’s single people despite many families being there.
The children’s entertainment starts at 9 o’clock and only stays on for half hour. After then it’s all booty dancing till around 1am …we were all the way by reception and felt & sounded like we were on the stage.Children could not sleep.

The kids club opens at 10am and closes at 12 lunchtime…just when you want your child out of the sun it closes. Kids club entertainers were nice but no experience with autistic children. On one particular day there was a pool party so the kids club was shut, but the door was left open, my son kept going in (limited understanding) I myself had to drag a very tall 7 year old boy away again and again while he was screaming to get in. I asked them so many times please could they shut the door as he doesn’t understand. They said no as they were going in and out to blow balloons up. My son does not understand and so kept going in, I felt very judged as they said ‘mam please keep an eye on your son’
My eyes never left my son all holiday…my son is a big boy and if you have autistic children you would understand. I fully understood he could not go inside however I don’t know why they couldn’t have locked the door shut on coming in and out.
This was an all-inclusive holiday and my son also did not eat the whole entire holiday apart from bread and juice.
I have been on other holidays where they would lovingly bend the rules just a little bit out of the kindness of their heart. This hotel did not. My son was waiting around two hours for an ice cream crying. The ice cream lady said her manager would be very annoyed with her if she gave out an ice cream out of the ‘ice cream hours’.

Several people witnessed this and felt very upset for my son as he was so distressed, the lady just sat by the ice cream stand talking with a colleague.
One lady we didn’t know staying at the hotel went away and surprised us with an ice cream that she had bought for him outside of the hotel. This was the so unbelievably kind of her.
The hotel does not go above and beyond, I’m afraid.
We had to wait two days to get a new room on the ground floor despite my son being disabled and me being pregnant pushing a buggy up and down two flights upstairs.
Food was awful except one night they had Chinese. I honestly looked forward to going home.

Very nice hotel, will recommend the hotel and area to family and friends.

Much nicer and more relaxed than the marmaris area we visited before.

This is our 2nd time here and had a 5 star time the 1st time. We expected the same again but have been blown away this time. Icardi and Umut lead the way with such love and enthuseasim.Also the entetainment manager Umut is a legend.Ahmet and the rest of the front of house team looked after us implecibaly, no ask too much and done with a smile and a want to look after you. Weve taken home lots of beautiful photographs taken by Ragnar, so professional. A massive thankyou to the unsung heroes who service our rooms so well and patientialy when we are in and out and the amazing chefs who supply 5 star food day and night. We cant wait to return next year❤️❤️

Fabulous hotel, kids loved the swimming pool, a special thank you to Ahmet And Serdar on the poolside bar, nothing to much trouble. Only criticism is the entertainment stage is so close to accommodation, a matter of yards, you won't get your kids to sleep until it's over between 12&1 in morning. Food very good and plentiful, similar with booze. Will go again.

This is now my 4th Stay at Sundia OluDeniz and every year it seems to get better and never disappoint. This is the best all inclusive hotel in Olu Deniz. This time it was just myself and my daughter and seeing her so happy in this hotel and environment is amazing. The rooms and gardens are great, the maids and cleaning staff are faultless, cleanliness of the hotel in general is 10/10. The food & drink and variety of food is 5 star. I could list everything and there are many reason why I return to this hotel each year but one of the main reasons is the people/staff. The best staff and they are a credit to the hotel, I can’t list everyone as I’d be here all day. Special mentions to Icardi and Umut for their entertainment hospitality, they make you laugh and the information they provide is great, Seda is amazing at her job and general love for my daughter is so nice to see, my daughter really loves her, and her catering and attention to detail is a credit to the Hotel. All of the bar staff they are great guys and making the best cocktails, again mentions to Busra who always went that extra mile for my daughter and myself. Muhammet who we met a number of years ago always smiling and saying hello when we pass each other around the hotel as well as Ahmet. I could list of whole list of names, all the staff are great. The location of the hotel is perfect and a prime location for all activities and bars and restaurants. This hotel has its own spot on the main beach free of charge for beds etc, great food & drink too. A pleasure to holiday here surrounded by great people.

We recently returned from a wonderful 12-night family holiday at Sundia by Liberty Oludeniz, in May, traveling as a group of four adults and two children. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the accommodation to the service.
​Highlights of Our Stay
• ​The Entertainment Team: This was truly the standout part of our trip. A huge shout-out to Icardi and Umut, who kept us all entertained and laughing every day with activities like darts, water polo, garden bowls, and water volleyball. Icardi, in particular, was incredibly funny and went above and beyond to entertain both the adults and the children; his helpful nature and sense of humor really made our holiday.
• ​Kids Club:Masha at the kids' club was absolutely brilliant. She managed to keep children of all ages engaged and happy, which made our stay so much more relaxing for the adults.
• ​Immaculate Housekeeping: Our rooms were cleaned daily, and the housekeeping team did a brilliant job throughout our entire 12-night stay.
• ​The Essentials: We found the location to be perfect, and we had no complaints regarding the hotel facilities, the quality of the food, or the drinks. Everything was top-notch.
​​We had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend this destination for families. We are going to miss all the staff so much, especially Icardi, who my daughter kept telling "you're so funny" all holiday long—and we all completely agreed with her! We are already looking forward to our next visit—we would definitely return!

….but wow what a fantastic hotel this is! The staff from reception, customer liaison, restaurants, bars, bedrooms and those who go unnoticed who look after the gardens etc are incredibly hard working, friendly and can’t do enough for you. The food in the main restaurant is varied and generally of a good standard as is the food served at the poolside restaurant. The cocktails are the best we have had in any of the all inclusive hotels we have stayed in over many years in Turkey, and better than the ones we tried in a bar on the Strip! The hotel, pools and grounds are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard and is a reflection of the hard working staff.

Whilst the hotel provides a good selection of local brand alcoholic drinks and a selection of others as part of the All Inclusive package, the only spirit missing from the local brands is rum which the hotel should consider including.

Would we come back again, absolutely!

Excellent hotel. Food good&plenty of variety. Staff excellent especially serdar&naz in restaurants. Big shout out to umut & icardi from entertainment team. Made us laugh all holiday. Will be returning to this hotel.

Umut is a entertainment staff member at this beautiful hotel, he is a remarkable young man ,nothing is to much trouble, he is so friendly he treats you like family ,please come visit you won't be disappointed, he looks after everyone ,and he is funny made us laugh and guess what he can dance ,couldn't ask for a much nicer person 🫂 hugs to him .xx

Great hotel, food was lovely, pool was inviting, entertainment was great and ICARDI and UMUT made the time even more enjoyable! They are a great laugh! Would defo return

The whole hotel was enjoyable. I’d recomend trying to find entertainment out some night and mix it up a little bit. But during the day Icardi and umut were absolutely amazing and really stood out for our holiday together. Thanks guys!
