You get what you pay for
Pros:

Central location, rooms clean, bed very comfortable, huge TV

Cons:

Lifts were very slow, nightmare during check in and out times, I had a room on the 10th floor (out of 11) and the views were amazing, however no block out blinds in my room so hard to properly relax and wind down till well after 10 when the sun set….minor details but I prefer my rooms black when I want to sleep

Excellent location for a short Stampede stay, with good breakfast included.
Pros:

Walkable to Stampede Park. Room accommodated 4 guests in 3 beds with adequate space. Free breakfast was good.

Cons:

Housekeeping is not daily or automatic, which I find unacceptable for any accommodation listed as a hotel. Upon request, our room was serviced after night 2 of 3.

Pros:

They offered breakfast. We travelled with other family members who are also seniors so having this option was good value and convenient. There's also lemon water for guests.

Cons:

Shower area can easily get clogged and flooded while using.

Pros:

The ambiance and the location

Cons:

There was no designated parking for the hotel. I dont like valet. Im not comfortable with strangers driving my vehicles.

A gem in the heart of the city
Pros:

This property is in the centre of the city and served as a base for us to do a walking tour of the city to see all the free art and sculptures. From the welcoming valet service to the checkin desk- this hotel understands hospitality. The rooms was a good size, neat and clean. We had a lovely view of the city skyline from the 10th Floor. A generous breakfast was served the next morning, and making your own waffles was a novelty and iconic.

Cons:

I can't fault this hotel.
