THE place to stay in calgary!
Pros:

Staff, from porters to receptionists, all fantastic. So friendly, helpful and polite. Comfy, clean room met all our needs. Everything in hotel was fresh and new, ie, furniture, fittings, decor etc. Excellent location

Great Downtown Hotel
Pros:

Staff were absolutely amazing, best breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice and quiet even though its downtown and it was quite full.

Great hotel- would definitely recommend
Pros:

Clean and well maintained hotel in a great location in central Calgary. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

It's conveniently close to Down Town resraurant and attractions

Cons:

1st night we kept waking up to a noise that sounded like a fire alarm every hour. Turned out it was the AC. We couldn t sleep. We reported it in the morning and they sent someone to fix it. But didn t offer any compensation

Pros:

The room was very clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was amazing and will definitely stay here again.
