An exceptional stay with perfect service and very attentive staff.

An exceptional hotel experience. The service was perfect from start to finish, with attentive and professional staff who made us feel very welcome. Pros:

overall the stay was amazing. It's all inclusive so if you are not dining out. You don't have to worry about the food. Their manager is amazing and so are the rest of the staff members. I will be coming back again

Забронировали гостиницу по дороге, сильно не выбирали, но очень повезло, встретили гостеприимно, нам выделили два семейных номера с террасой и в знак гостеприимства также сделали всё включено, очень чистый, свежий, номера свежие не к чему придраться, питание на высшем уровне, бар работает постоянно, помимо ресторана есть перекусы, за такую цену в Бодруме это выйгрышный билет ничем не уступает 5 звездычным отелям которые привыкли отдыхать, персонал очень вежливый и приветливый!

Pros:

Tesisin tasarımı, temizliği( ortak alandaki tuvalet ve duşlar dahil) , odaların genişliği iyiydi. Alkol kalitesi iyi sayılırdı. Resepsiyonda oda müsaitlikleri olduğu için odamız bir üst odaya yükseltmeleri ince bir davranıştı. Havuzu gayet keyifliydi. Bitez sahil şeridinde çok yakın.

Cons:

Yemekler ne yazık ki vasat, çeşit bol var ama yemekler lezzesiz. Bir de tesise ait olan plajda belediye ile işbirliği yapılıp duş hizmeti verilmesi sağlanabilir.

Ein schönes Hotel mit all inclusive Option.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr engagiert, hilfsbereit und herzlich.
Angefangen bei der Rezeption, zum Koch oder Service am Tisch. Die Jungs und Mädels sind lieb und arbeiten fleißig. Die Leitung kann sich geehrt fühlen, solch ein Personal zu haben.

Another wonderful holiday at Paloma Family Club
Pros:

This is the fifth time we've been to Paloma Family Club and we can't wait to return. The general manager, Fikret, is very charming and always busy with improvements, such as the bunny petting area and a new a la carte restaurant. Ahmet and Ferat recognised us from previous stays and never let our cups go empty. The food is excellent, and this year I loved the breakfast: pancakes and eggs made any way you like by Yusuf or Serap. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We visit just outside of the high season so the weather isn't always favourable, but when it is the pool and loungers beckon. My daughter loves the bunnies, the cats, the doves and the tortoises. I love the sunshine and fabulous staff. Ask about going horseback riding with Bodrum Horse Riding - a wonderful experience.

Cons:

The internet is not ideal for streaming 4K videos and requires your passport number to login. I usually remember that after I've put them away.

Really good hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Lovely food, large a/c room, great facilities and very friendly staff. We told them before we went two of us were gluten free, and they were accommodating. Recommended!

🌟 Un séjour parfait, je recommande les yeux fermés !
Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. Franchement, je n’ai jamais vu un accueil aussi chaleureux ! Chaque jour, ils prenaient le temps de demander si tout allait bien, avec le sourire et une vraie gentillesse.
L’hôtel est à deux pas de la plage, super bien situé. La piscine est grande, propre et très agréable. On peut même commander à boire ou à manger directement au bord de la piscine, ce qui est vraiment top.
Merci infiniment pour ce superbe séjour 🙏
