Pros:

The hotel staff were very friendly and the location was great to experience in resort as well as beach activities. The reception staff escort you to your room and give you a brief overview of where things are which when arriving later is quite a nice touch.

Cons:

Although the staff escort you to your room and give you some information there was a lot of info that was missed such as how to access a la cart dining, how to order / get a drink at dinner resulting in us missing out on the a la cart menu. When we arrived the music in the central courtyard was awful, pounding deep base that reverberated around the hotel room to the point I refused to stay in the room after 30 minutes as we had a toddler and had a 20 hour travel day with a suggestion that the music would stop between 2300-0000 each night. The hotel did move us and upgraded us to a family room mid way up the resort I can't fault them for that. The beds were quite hard and the upkeep of the rooms was below standard ( trims coming off door frames, ill fitting hotel room doors, door handles coming off which i had to fix) however my biggest issue which I'm actually quite disappointed about was that only the hot cooked items were labelled with what it was and nothing had allergy labels on, there was a colour coded allergy notice on the wall but none of the food items had corresponding colour codes and for someone with a lactose and gluten intolerance this made life incredibly difficult even though rules have been in place in Turkey since 2016 for allergen information to be present at buffets and restaurants. In short my wife and son had a great time, I didn't, and for the various reasons mentioned we're unlikely to go back, which is a shame as the resort had good reviews which is why we booked over other competitively priced resorts. the resort was labelled as 4 star and I would suggest that its more in line with the standards of a European 2 -3 star.

The rooms are even worse than a pansion. The cockroaches on my bed, imagine you have to sleep with them.

The staff in the bar doesn’t care about what you order. Imagine doesn’t even have an iced coffee. Very simple order. Generally rude behavior from service staff.

Not recommended at all..!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est très bien, la nourriture, notamment le petit-déjeuner, était bonne et le personnel était vraiment sympathique et disponible.

Nous avions une chambre familiale pour 4 personnes, qui était spacieuse et confortable. Seul petit bémol : un problème d’évacuation de l’eau dans la douche.

Le dolmuş passe juste en face de l’hôtel et permet de rejoindre le centre de Bodrum en environ 30 minutes, ce qui est très pratique.

La plage de sable se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied et l’hôtel met également des transats à disposition de ses clients.

Je conseille également de louer une voiture afin de découvrir les différentes plages et les environs. Par exemple, Gümbet Beach ou camel beach qui est magnifique et vaut vraiment le détour.

En résumé, je recommande vivement cet hôtel, surtout pour ceux qui recherchent un établissement à taille humaine, familial et convivial. C’est beaucoup plus agréable et calme que les grands hôtels all-inclusive souvent très bondés.

Cons:

Le Wi-Fi était malheureusement inexistant dans les chambres, ce qui est vraiment dommage et vient quelque peu ternir la très bonne impression générale que nous avons eue de cet hôtel.

Il n’y avait pas non plus de bar ou de service de boissons directement à la plage. Même la possibilité d’avoir simplement une bouteille d’eau aurait été appréciable, notamment pour éviter de se déshydrater pendant les journées ensoleillées.

Enfin, il n’y avait ni toilettes ni douche à proximité de la plage. Heureusement, l’hôtel se trouvait à seulement 5 minutes à pied, ce qui permettait d’y retourner facilement.

Helaas was ons verblijf een grote teleurstelling. De kamer en badkamer waren erg vies en stonken. Er lagen haren op de wc-bril en in de verstopte doucheput. Er lagen ook haren in bed. De airco werkte niet, waardoor we niet hebben kunnen slapen. Ook was het hotel lastig bereikbaar met de taxi: ’s ochtends hebben we een uur moeten wachten en later op de avond was er opnieuw geen taxi beschikbaar in de omgeving. Door de slechte hygiëne durfden we zelfs niet in het hotel te ontbijten. Absoluut geen prettige ervaring en voor ons geen aanrader

Были одну ночь проездом. Самое важное-отсутствие пляжа, общественный пляж у отеля сложно вообще назвать пляжем, все в окурках и семечках на замызганных шезлонгах, в воде камни. Система всё включено-это химозные соки и какие-то 5 коктейлей, пробовать не рискнули, кофе отвратительный.

Pros:

Stayed with another family member x2 rooms as a base for daily visits to Memorial Hospital visiting a relative. Excellent location with beach.and promenade restaurants and bars in walking distance which was an added bonus returning back daily late evening from hospital. The staff were excellent in dealing with our matters and were always welcoming to our request, specifically Mr Umit the manager.
Breakfast was good selection and quality.
Great value pverall considering the cost as budget option.

Cons:

We had a room change due to proximity to a generator which was accommodated immediately by the team aside this for the time spent in hotel had no complaints.
