Pros:

The kindness of the staff, everyone was friendly & helpful.
The room is pretty spacious for London standards.

Cons:

They charged me an additional 10£ per hour for early check-in, I was informed about that, but it still felt strange.

We had a wonderful time staying at Epsilon. The location is very central to all the main places.
Pros:

The room was comfortable with a nice view and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The stay was mostly good. We didn't have any issues.

Muy mala experiencia
Pros:

Me cobraron la habitación cuando ni siquiera la usamos. Nos enviaron una nota de que no cobrarían y aún así lo hicieron.

Cons:

Ellos mismos no dijeron que no tenían habitaciones y que iban a cancelar la reservación y aún así nos la cobraron, ahora me queda hacer la aclaración con Booking.com

Pros:

The staff were ok and so was the location

Cons:

The beers and crisps I brought from the bar were out of date and the milk in our room was off so we couldn’t have a cuppa in the morning. The plug in the sink in the room had no seal on it and all the silicone around the shower was black with mould. There were also cobwebs in the window just in front of the broken blinds other than that it was ok.

C'era un bar bellissimo. Le signore delle pulizie gentili. Dista 20 minuti dalla metro e 20 minuti da un enorme centro commerciale
La via sembra isolata ma poco distante c'è molta vita

Cons:

Le pulizie sono sempre veloci la doccia è da rifare.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, con la fermata del bus, che in due minuti porta alla stazione della metro, proprio sotto l’hotel. Personale gentile, stanza carina e con tutto il necessario ma un po’ piccolina e con pochi spazi dove riporre le proprie cose, soprattutto considerando che è una stanza doppia.

Very nice and perfect location
Pros:

The staff were lovely and helpful, even booking a taxi for us. The room was comfortable and clean. Perfectly located for visiting the Abba voyage.

Cons:

Apon leaving the lift was out of order but as we were leaving not a big inconvenience. The shower door kept coming of the rails, we did manage to reconnect it each time.

we was there in the heat wave and there was a fan in the room but we couldn’t position it fully to were we was and it didn’t rotate automatically
