The ambience, decor and fittings. The inroom refreshments and amenities

Cons:

Reception staff often didnt answer the phone, when they did, no follow up or feedback was given... Airport pick up and drop off were late and checkin process was slow. In room toilet was partly dirty and mouldy especially where the water comes from

Une très belle expérience!!!.
Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, pour découvrir la ville et l’établissement est très bien entretenu. La cuisine est délicieuse, avec des plats variés et savoureux qui ont largement contribué à rendre notre expérience agréable.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel. Toujours souriants, chaleureux et attentifs, les membres de l’équipe ont su nous faire sentir comme chez nous tout au long de notre séjour. Une mention toute particulière à Nestoryn et Omari, dont l’attention, la bienveillance et le souci du détail ont été remarquables. Ils ont véritablement été aux petits soins et ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable.

L’hôtel est propre, bien équipé et offre un cadre accueillant. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation à tous ceux qui recherchent confort, qualité et hospitalité. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cet excellent accueil !

Great place to stay, more so if you're not going to be around the hotel much.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The fella that cooks the eggs was lovely and cheerful. Made a difference to the restaurant. Quality of food was very good.

Cons:

Morning staff (domestic I believe) were exceptionally noisy. When trying to have a lie in from the previous night where there is often loud music playing or noisy people in general, the morning staff are talking away quite loudly in the morning so it's difficult to sleep through it. They would also slam doors/let doors slam shut which of course wakes you up/prevents you from sleeping.

un hôtel bien situé et calme, avec des chambres propres, mais plusieurs points importants sont à améliorer, notamment l
Pros:

Le séjour était assez mitigé. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est stratégique, dans un endroit calme et pratique, mais il est préférable d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer facilement.

La chambre était propre et correcte, mais la douche avec une paroi transparente n’est absolument pas adaptée à une famille avec des enfants, car elle manque totalement d’intimité.

Cons:

Le personnel est un autre point négatif : quelques personnes sont sympathiques et accueillantes, mais la majorité manque de disponibilité et de sens du service.

Le petit-déjeuner a également été une grande déception : très peu de goût et une qualité qui ne correspond pas au standing attendu d’un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Enfin, de mauvaises odeurs étaient présentes dans certains couloirs, ce qui est dommage et nuit à l’expérience générale.
