I loved cleanliness of their rooms with DSTV connection plus breakfast
Pros:

Room was very clean with DSTV connection. Good location in the heart of the city for easy connection. Very good breakfast

Cons:

Staff at the reception do not walk you through and no smile

Pros:

Good place to stay for a night or so.
Location is nice, the rooms are okay.

Beds were okay and bathroom was crappy.
Too open, too much glass and the door couldn't close properly

Don't use the airport transfer, it's a big scam and a waste of money.

Rooftop terrace is nice.

The best was comfortable and location

Cons:

The staff was not welcoming, no information about services or guiding, the shower was broken and not clean.
I stayed at Onomo in Kampala and that is why I choose the same chain but not same standards or services

Hotellet var rent og fine rom.

Cons:

Lite restauranter rundt hotellet og lite å gjøre på kveldstid. Dyrt på hotellet og de lurte gjester med å ta vesentlig mer for frokost enn det booking.com oppga. Dårlig og treg service.
